Although have moved Netanya over 12 years ago, it was my first visit to this well-known hummus place, located in the old industrial area of Netanya. It's a small no-frills establishment with limited seating area, so was lucky to find a single stool available, away...from the scorching sun outside. The menu is simple, hummus and hummus only. Uzi's hummus however is made of hummus paste, hummus grains, and ful, in addition to an egg and lots of parsley and spices. The portion is generous and comes with a plate of cut vegetables and two "pita" bread pieces, enough for the most hungry person. The price is very moderate as with a soda the bill totaled INS 46 only. In summary, simple, tasty, and fast. Definitely does the job of a quick lunch in a busy location.More

Be sure to order with ful and ask them to put extra parsley in it. And they now have their first branch in Pardes Hanna-Jarkur.

Simple, Fresh and delicious

Best Hummus in Israel and now available in Pardes Hanna-Karkur

Long famous hummus restaurant in Netanya, a branch has been opened in Karkur on HaMeyasdim St. south of the Ahuza St roundabout. There hummus has a very rich taste without being too heavy. Add wonderful pitot at a reasonable price and Uzi has an absolutely...winning combination!More

Dissapounting

I ate humus in many places in Israel. This one is far from being the best! 1. It was much too liquid. 2. It was way too salty. Let me add my own amount if salty! I couldn't eat it. 3. They put an egg...inside, even though I didn't ask fit it, and instead of putting in whole, they cut it in and mixed it with the humus. So generally - not very customer attentive.... If you want to have good humus - there are quite a few better places around.More

Have been going to Uzi for over 20 years. It is one of the best places to eat Hummus in Israel. His son has a similar Hummus Bar in Ramat Poleg, South Netanya and it is equally as good. Worth a visit for those who...like Hummus.More
