I was delighted to find this excellent restaurant in Nazareth. A wide-ranging and interesting menu, including many local dishes and a very good Palestinian beer. The person who served me, Viola, was also very helpful when I was stuck about which desert to choose. A great place, very friendly staff, and definitely well worth a second visit.

We stopped here for lunch after noting the restaurant the day before. We asked to see the menu before seating and the waiter talked us through the various dishes. We managed to get nice outdoor seating on the terrace. The order was taken in good time and drinks arrived promptly. The lunch was a finely cooked and presented. We had one vegetarian dish and one meat dish. Both were very good. We had a glass of local wine each which was of very good standard. The service was warm, friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this restaurant and would definitely go back again.

Layali gave us the best of evenings at Bayat as she welcomed our party to the table, advised us regarding the menu, and served us throughout with a smile. Thank you Bayat. A third visit and each time I've not been disappointed.

We had a great experience in Bayat. Delicious cheese in the oven with za'atar, tomatoes and some hot green pepper, and mainly we enjoyed the marvelos service of Saffa. Good luck in college sweetheart!

A local take on carcciofi al la Romano, a Palestinian dish of grilled and then baked eggplant with tomatoes and onions and chickpeas, an Israeli wine....this is how successful fusion tastes. Local, seasonal, fresh ingredients composed with a sure hand in the kitchen, and all seemed to flow together with ease and harmony. Good music that was present but not overpowering, Christmas decorations, young and pleasant and skilled staff - all these elements came together to create an excellent evening when we celebrated a special birthday.

The restaurant had a great selection of different foods so everyone found what they really wanted. There were meat, fish, and even vegan selections. All the food was excellently prepared and served. Our server, Safa, was there to help whenever needed but never there "too much". They had a selection of beers and mixed drinks. Most of our party had the Palestinian beer Taybe and were very happy with it. I had a mixed drink and it was prepared well.
Overall each aspect of the restaurant was excellent. We will return!!

Really enjoyed our meal there.
The food was good, and they have 2 vegan dishes which were delicious. Especially recommend the cauliflower focaccia, which was the best I’ve had. Nadine, our waitress, was really patient, friendly, and attentive to our needs.

It was a surprise to find such a good food and such a good service. We went for a light dinner and we found a very good food, very good wine and the amazing service of two ladies who made our experience a fantastic one there.
To recommend.
And in the very heart of Nazareth.

My son and I came here upon the recommendation of our host at Fauzi Azar, and are so happy we did. We didn't have huge appetites, so we shared the lahmahjoun. Not my grandmother's, but yummy nonetheless. I ordered a cocktail that was delicious, our server Viola was great, the outdoor seating was lovely, as was the weather, and if that wasn't enough, we were within mere yards from Mary's Well. Not a bad evening at all!

We visited there for the 3rd time in the first 2 times we sat in an uncomfortable table next to the street we said the 3rd time we will give them a chance unfortunately they sat us on the same kind of table.
despite the fact that we reserved this time and told us that they will give us a table near the will of nazareth.
we expected for a better service.
despite that the food was ok.
never going again.

You reserved a table at 19:00 Friday night and we told you that we are fully booked in Mary's well area...

We ate here on three occasions and were not disappointed once. Excellent food, very well cooked and presented, and very good value.
Nadine looked after us each time and she is a credit to the establishment.
I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant, you will not be disappointed.

We were happy to go out after all this months and hoped for a spcecial place . Batat was all we hoped for and more. The servise was wonderfull. They were attentive to all we asked with a big smile.

We visit om valentine evening. Nice red sweet sour drink. The food was fusion so lots of diffentent kinds. Well prepare and large portion. Good value for money.

What a great meal my wife and I shared tonight at Bayat Restaurant in Nazareth. Safah served us and she went out of her way to make our evening special. The setting was charming, the portions very generous, the presentation superb, the meal scrumptious, perfect, outstanding. Thank you to the chef and thank you Safa for a good evening out.

My wife and I shared an excellent salmon and delicious stuffed courgettes. Samer provided us a very friendly service. A beautiful celebration was taking place in the next door Orthodox Church and we enjoyed it from our outdoor table.
