I can't believe I was served such an ugly beer in a brew pub. I'm not a beer snob, but the pint should be full and it shouldn't look like someone else already beat me to the first sip. Staff didn't seem to care about the customers, but they did have time for their friends. Food was acceptable, beer was... More

Good bar. The atmosphere was bar like. The waitstaff was un attentive and the drinks were over priced. We were having dinner before a theatre performance and we decided not to return.

If you want a good beer at a great price, try this place out. Especially during happy hour. Just be sure to check their hours as they are closed on Sundays as most places in Artesia are. They have good for with choices for all types.

Stopped to sample their beers on a Saturday afternoon. The place wasn't very busy when we got there but by 4 PM it was jampacked with people. Fairly good beer selection: my husband liked their IPA. The bartender was very busy trying to be the hostess, waitress and bartender for that side of the brewery/restaurant. The oil rig decor is... More

We wandered around downtown - taking photos of the street sculptures - and stopped in for a beer and lunch. Menu was good, food was really good and service was top tier. So, the next night, we returned for dinner and had a few - yes, few - of the craft beers. Tried a few samples - enjoyed the heck... More

We had a friend show us this place a few years ago. Was passing through Artesia today and decided to stop. I had the southwest chicken and a chocolate stout. Both were very good. My husband had the roughneck red and fish and chips. We would definitely stop here again when passing through!

Veggies were obviously frozen, not fresh...potatoes were hard and undercooked and the chicken breast was so-so. The chicken strips my son ordered were definitely frozen too. Not impressed at all.
