Informal, fish very fresh cooked just right. Had a great time chatting with chef and staff. Many great menu options.

Very friendly and personal service, great tasting fish dishes. The owner is the menu and the waiter. Served with a plethora of little salad dishes, hummus, bread, etc.
Away from the tourist restaurants in Jaffa, this restaurant doesn’t have a sea view, but has beautiful, fresh fish. The owners are lovely and helpful. The salads are fresh and they have a decent selection of wine. I highly recommend this restaurant.
we found this resturant on trip advisor and went for dinner. the resturant is very simple but the service andv food is excellent. no fine dining trims and very inexpensive

Before we left Israel/Tel Aviv Area, we wanted to sample a top seafood meal - and did so. Abdu, tucked away from well-worn tourist paths in Old Jaffa, provided us with a great memory and a lesson that simplicity still works. We were early for...dinner and had a chance to converse with management and staff - a trio of eager-to-please folks. Same day, locally caught and on-site cleaned whole bass were incredibly prepared by a careful "fry-bake" style. However, the stunner were the eight appetizers served before our main course (all included in the reasonable prices). Delicious veggies, shrimp, hummus, pita bread were shared by the three of us who "mmmmmmed" our way through. Pitchers of cold lemonade and water were at our table as needed. It was simply a very special and fitting final night in the area before our flight out the next day.More
Until we discovered Abdu we had been generally disappointed with restaurants in Tel Aviv, suffering overpriced tourist food with poor service. So glad I checked TripAdvisor and we found this place! Attentive, friendly and competent staff, delicious salads and seafood and huge portions. So enjoyed...our garlic butter prawns, calamari - the best I've had in years! - and small fried fish that we went back the following night and shared a delicious large fish. Simple pricing - 98 shekels each when we were there for all you can eat home-made salads, followed by a platter of seafood then coffee with baclava. Best value meal we've had in Tel Aviv by far and so much better than the trendy places down by the flea market.More
We got there by accident as we were wandering the streets of old Jaffa. Got the 12 salads with a seafood-plate we asked for two person (would definetly be enough for 3-4 people) with variety of fish, fried shrimps, fried calamari and baked potatoes. Some...home made pita bread and hummus, and as dessert some baklava with coffee. Many locals were having dinner there that evening. It's totally worth a visit!More
Amazing sea food with reasonable price. The staff was kind and smiling. The Place Is not really in the center of Jaffa but It's worth a try! The Place itself Is really modest and not a tourist place. We suggest this place!
