Good Humus as the speciality of the place but also some meet dishes and salads . Seating outside and in an airconditioned area . Cheap . Service ok.

OK...don't let the fact that the sign is completely in Hebrew scare you away if you don't know Hebrew (like me). They have an English version of the menu. This little restaurant has quality food. So far, some of the best I have had in Israel. I got the Jerusalem hummus. It comes with creamy homemade hummus, grilled chicken, and... More

We love this place and go back again and again! Customer service is always great, salads/vegetables are fresh. The only downside is we do not care for the kebab meat, it seems frozen or processed, everything else here we love. They have added umbrella's outside which has extended their eating area. It is lovely to sit outside in the shade.... More

Based on other reviews on T.A. I went to this place. As someone else suggested, it is very difficult to find only because the sign is only in Hebrew. In fact I tried to find it by myself and because I do not speak or read Hebrew, I couldn't find it. That night I was with local friends, and we... More

Wife and I were hankering after a felafal and the desk at the Dan Accadia Hotel suggested this place. They told us it was not easy to find but to look for the Asia Restaurant an it was right next door. Sign is in Hebrew, but you can't mistake it for anything but a felafal bar. We sat outside on... First off, if you are a tourist and do not read or speak Hebrew, do not let the sign deter you. This is on the right side of the square, just past the small convenience/grocery store. I had trouble finding it the first time I looked since I didn't know what I was looking for. The restaurant has an assuming... More

Good place for daily dinner. The stuff is friendly, the hummus is good and all other meals are pretty good. Takeaway is also possible.

I have eaten at 'Hummus Yerushalmy' a few times in the past. Never found it anything special. Their Hummus is good but their main courses are average at most. Lately I understood that it changed owners so I gave it another try. No change - good Hummus but poor Kebab. Inside and outside seating. Service is ok.

Herzlia is an upmarket destination and is graced with correspondingly upmarket eating places many of which are excellent and fairly priced. I like the old style "Israeli/Arab" fare. This is a matter of personal choice but I would recommend to anyone visiting Herzlia, whether Israeli or a foreign tourist to at least try Jerusalem Hummus for a taste of the... More
