Serves Coto, somekind of soup with more seasonings. Served 4 kinds of hot coto ONLY; Chicken Coto, Cow Coto, Intestines Coto (chic/cow/both), Mixed-up coto (cow meat and intestines), very good to fillup before lunch. Opens at 10am usually closes at 1230 or 1300 latest. Queues are long, seats are limitted and tight. No parking lots, fortunately there's a guy that'll... More

RM. Sinar Pagi sells soto with the choice of meat (beef or chicken). Soto is an Indonesia traditional food, it is basically soup made of meat or vegetable broth. In Medan, the broth also added with coconut milk. The food in here is great and the service is excellent. But the restaurant is small, so it's very crowded and hot... More

I have been eating here for more than 5 years it is dirty hot and noisey, I love it! Food is great service excellent it is however getting more expensive but very popular. My wife's grandmother ate here when she was a little girl so there is history here but you can't see it. When ever I have guests to... More

I believe the soto here is one of the most popular in Medan. However, the restaurant is small, cramp and hot. The day I went, it was crowded. So I guessed it's one of the most popular eateries.

we had their 'mixed soto' soup here (soto campur) and it was very good. service was fast. we arrived before they opened at 8am. and we were glad we waited. they got crowded as soon as they opened - typical restaurant with good food.

Everybody in Medan will recommend this restaurant if you ask them where is the best place to enjoy the soto. I agreed, because the taste is superb. The atmosphere of the restaurant is just ordinary. Rather hot and humid, wooden table and chair, noisy and sometimes full of cigarettes smoke. But when it comes to enjoying your soto, you will... More

Yes I could agree with some previous comments. Pricey for soto, and the quality was so so. It is just like tourist trap here.

I ate the soto in the warung. Inside the restaurant, they sell many variants of food however the soto is the most popular. Overall the soto was so-so, nothing special and the soto at the place I stayed served for breakfast was miles more delicious. The price was pretty steep, I ate two portion of sotos with ice teas cost... More

I came here after tons of recommendations from my friends and colleagues claiming this is the best Soto place in Medan. Came with very high expectation, I was disappointed with the place. Once we arrived at the place, the waiters will directly ask what would you like to eat and drink. For the sake of efficiency, we were not allowed... More
