I think it's quite big for 1 portion (timlo sosis telor) plus rice. It's not actually sausage, but it's more like a fried pangsit. The colour of egg is brown,it's cooked in a soy sauce,so it taste sweet (javanese food tipically). I like the sauce,it's called sambel petis,it's sweet and spicy. The price is 20 for 1 portion timlo sosis telor... More

A bit pricey. The complete soup is 20k with no rice. It can be for 2 people/kids. The location is inside pasar if you need a proper place then go to the sastro 2. It is a bit better. But i love timlo sastro they taste good.

Its over rated, place is dirty & smell of garbage. There's no meat in the soup, only chicken guts. Better go to a proper restaurant, price not much different & much more cleaner.

If you dont mind with the surrounding (near traditional market, near garbage dump), the soup is quite nice. You can choose the ingredient from sosis solo, chicken innards, boiled eggs or all (complete/ komplit). For the drinks they have fresh & delicious ice beras kencur (traditional drinks from rice & galanga) or you can try ice caramel, or just a... More

Overall - the taste is OK. A bit under my expectation given people said that this is the origin of timlo dish. I miss the wholesome taste of broth in timlo. However, the price is reasonable (IDR 19K) for complete dish (incl eggs, chicken lever, etc). The place is crowded during launch time, and its hot inside. So prepare to... More

The food served here is soup with variety of ingredients. The main ingredient is chicken innards and sosis solo (traditional local snack). The soup is light chicken stock. So tasty and fresh. It is served within minutes after we order. The place is an old building but overall is clean. But there is something bothering me. Across the street is... More

I think Timlo Sastro is the best you can get. If you ought to eat more you should order Timlo Komplit and you will find your bowl full of taste. You should not resist the temptation of Sosis Kuah. You shall find unique way to bill your order from the waiter. He did not use calculator but a chalk board

You need to be firm ... I mean when you queue you need to be someone who can speakout otherwise you will end up queuing hours. But thru all that, its worth it, my tip is you put a bit by bit the Kecap Sambal ...

Clear broth soup with chicken liver, eggs, sosis solo and rice. A must for any traveller. Place is not so clean. Maybe the owner should start thinking about upgrading the facilities now since more and more people want to come to this restaurant.
