After drop the British client to Ahmad Yani Airport in Semarang, driver and I went to Strada Cafe Semarang for eat and drink. This is my second time here. I met with Mas Niko as the Chief of Barista here and someone who responsible to...take care the coffee cafe while the owner doing super busy job in Jakarta (lol). I ordered the Dori Soup (Super Delicious), Espresso , Red Velvet Latte, Beef Soto (Super Delicious too), and another Espresso and Latte for the driver. In this chance, Mas Niko gave us very amazing presentation about Espresso and how to recognize the quality based on the creme (krema). We were so appreciated about this! This is the power of Strada Cafe Semarang: Specialty Coffee products, super service, super delicious foods. Hope will back for the third time.More
