Overpriced in terms of food, place and service, the place looks like a basic warung but selling restaurant prices and tax. The worst thing was the service. I asked for crackling pig skin but people nearly pushed a mixed plate on me with 1 little...piece of skin which isn't crispy. Big serve but the meat dry and not great. The staff blamed me for everything and told me they ran out of skin. This can happen but please don't cheat. In radius of 3 km around Ubud you can find a lot of babi guling places with crispy skin. One of them is babi guling Adjeg which you can order to your hotel by Grab or Gojek food. Crispy skin and reasonable price.More

We decided to stop by during our day of shopping in Ubud Center. It’s non-air condition restaurant, very modest setting. We ordered their famous suckling pig rice plate. Guess what, it has no pork except that a little tiny crackling skin (that’s not crunchy), and...tiny tiny blood sausage about 1 inch long. The whole dish lack of spiciness and flavor. I still can’t find my pork!! It came out room temperature so becareful not sure how long these stuff has been laying around back in the kitchen! Price wise, this is an expensive lunch compare to our modest Indonesian dinner last night (which has much much better quality). Hype- yes!!! Not worth coming.More

The food was basic and not to everyone’s taste. The choice is very limited. That said prices are fine and the portions are of reasonable size. Basically there are better places in Ubud but you can try it ones.

The sayoer was missing. Sop came later. Asked for the sayoer. ‘O, we replaced for cucumber, sorry.’ The sop that came later, was nothing like the real thing. No taste, at all. So I was disappointed. Ibu Oka, please do it well, or stop the...business. Don’t sell uncomplete meals, and if you do, tell the customer before. Don’t wait till they betray you. You can do much betterMore

I last visited Ibu Oka 5 years ago and was happy to come across this smaller cafe of theirs which is more conveniently accessible. Ordered their special with additional “kulit” (crispy pork skin) and it was still as yummy as I remembered it.

We arrived and were greeted by a waitress who gave us menus and then just kept standing next to our table until we ordered and didn’t give us any space..very weird. Food arrived in three minutes and was nothing extraordinary..definitely wouldn’t go there if you...are a foodie. In the mean time while you eat you can enjoy a big garbage hill outdoors. This place doesn’t have a very big restaurant vibe..it is more like a food court. After we asked for a bill the waitress showed us with a finger to go and stand next to her so we can pay the bill..again very weird. Maybe once it was a great place where to go ,but definitely not anymore.More

food and service was great but the faucet upstairs wasn't working by the end of our meal so we had to go down to wash our hands.

It was so nice to eat the pork again after so many years. It was good with a beer or 2. Would definitely come back again

There are three warung in Ubud. I visited the very first shop which is also where the owner stay. I was told it was the best of all with great nice view. Did not think the view was good but the environment was quiet. A...little walk from the Main Street but worth the walk as you will see a little of the villagers’ life and other small shops. Food is served fast and tasted great, though not many options on the menu. Cons - Only 4 porky dishes with rice (we asked for only one rice) and no dessert.More
