Ubud is filled with cafes at every nook and corner- and yet each cafe has its own character This one was peaceful and friendly Had a Iced Tea - it was perfect & refreshing Spent a peaceful time reading here- no one to bother.
The pineaple juice was very nice and the staff was lovely. But the floor and the tables was full of crumbs and food scraps from the other customers.
One of the better places in Ubud for a cup of coffee. Nice people doing their best to keep customers happy.
Nice place to relax and drink amazing coffee. Its fairly small and not much searing but we sat outsoze and watched the world go by. They also do a ceremony cofee for 80k
Cute little coffee shop on a main road surrounded by shops. On a toasty day, the mocha frappacino was great (once the barista added extra sugar). But regardless, it was delicious and the caffeine was much needed.

Freak is a humble little place on Hanoman Street. It's a simple little shop, some benches outside, a modest food offering (I didn't try the breakfast but others told me it was simple, cheap AND delicious) I've tried a dozen places in town for coffee,...some others are good too, but uneven, dependant on the barista. But Freak does great coffee, It's also a nice hangout for the expat crowd. I'm not normally a coconut milk in my latte fan, but their version is excellant.More

Great service, milkshakes and coffee. They do bullet proof coffee too. However, using standard butter. Nice tables outside to observe Ubud traffic.
I don’t drink much coffee outside of home because I get heartburn from most coffee places but none from home brewed. I heard raving reviews regarding iced coffee so when I was in the area I stopped by and got iced caramel mocha. It was...pleasant to taste and no bad aftertaste or heartburn later. My kid’s milkshakes were less tasty and reminded of iced powder hot chocolate. I wouldn’t recommend the later.More
Just arrived in Ubud and chose F.R.E.A.K because we asked a couple outside the place if it was good, and they said Good Coffee. And it is - we like it strong and tasty and the overall feel of the place was a bit Byron...Bay/Airlie Beach - just what we wanted, and a friendly team. We'll be back for the next 4 days.More
We are very big coffee lovers and have struggled to find somewhere amazing in Ubud until we came across these guys. Absolutely perfect iced caramel latte that was strong and flavourfull!
