This place is amazing. This is a must place to visit. The staff were all so friendly and couldn't give us enough information on the food. We ordered a soup, salad, quiche and BLT (vegan). This all came to about $30 aud and we struggled to finish the salad and soup. The takeaway containers for the salad is weaved palm which doesnt add to landfill. The atmosphere was really great amongst the customers with a really cool vibe going on there. Great work guys, we'll be back for more before we leave.

I’ve said March 2021 but in fact I go there most weeks. Beautiful raw chocolate desserts and a great range of juices and smoothies.
Food is raw and vegan. Consistent standard and all feels clean and hygienic. Lots of digital nomads and the beautiful people of Ubud hanging out so go there armed with your self-esteem :)
Lots of seating including some great lounging couches .... they bring a small table for your food. Feels like such luxury!

I decided to change my regular lunch routine and visit Alchemy.
I was so impressed by the variety of their menu and stunning venue on the Lipa Noi Beachfront.
My meal was undescribable. Fresh, tasty, innovative and Authentically Thai with a Western Twist.
I ordered a Mojito on this sunny day and was equally impressed with the presentation and taste.
Pricing was perfect!
Definitely going to give Alchemy another visit very soon to try out more of the menu.

Comfortable and sociable with nice ambience. The main negative issue is that you always leave hungry and unsatisfied, feeling like you've paid comparatively the upper price. If you are just going to serve some uncooked vegetables, please provide more. Cooked food reduced in size compared to raw. Just got home, need to go cook something after spending close to 100k

I came here because my friend who has been staying in Bali, gave a recommendation for me to give it a try at Alchemy, Ubud.
I ordered Pasta Primavera as my main course and it was so unique. You're literally eating vegetables pasta. I was planning to order smoothies bowl but the waitress seemed underestimate me and she suggested me to order smoothies in glass, because at that time I chose not to order a drink and she seemed like insisted me to order a drink.
I gave a chance to try Forest smoothies but my drink never came out, even until i finished my food. At first i asked the same waitress about my Forest smoothies when she put my main course on the table and she said, "wait." Wow so simple, huh? Second, i almost finish half of my main course and i asked the same waitress again where is my Forest smoothies when she took order from visitors next to my table, and she answered, "wait." (Again but this time her face was giving me the attitude.)
Finally i finished my food without my drink and i asked bill from another waitress. I told her that i didnt get my drink i wanted the cashier to take the drink out from my receipt. She asked me if i wanna take away or not if my drinks was made, i said, it depends because i need to leave now and dont want to waste my time for them to make THAT drink.
I paid at the cashier's desk and a waitress came to the cashier and another table asked the waitress to cancel the Forest smoothies. So yeah, basically they were not ready to serve Forest smoothies but they didnt tell us. No single information or asking to change the drink. Only "wait" was their best answer.
Too bad it was ruined by a very meh service.

The food looked amazing. Unfortunately after sitting and waiting and waving hangs for 30 minutes we never even got a menu. The place was only like half full so no excuses. Just imaginative staff. We got up and went elsewhere.

I live nearby and yet I do prefer other places. The only advantage is that the place has good lighting and my friends or Grab food drivers can find the small road where I stay.The food is not bad but not worth the price either. Like many restaurants they advertise their prices without the additional tax. Be careful to always ask the staff to add up service and tax price.The place is totally unspectacular, no outdoor seating and no special atmosphere. The staff is similar: not inviting, not motivating and unspectacular. So I rather go down the road where at least I meet cool people and have a nice view on Campuhan River

i had the salad bar, they have amazing choices of add ons, all delish and healthy and vegan (?). i also ordered their soup, minestrone ones, all the noodles are of vegetables and still very fulfilling. also tried their desserts, the cheesecake which is so goood. must visit if you are in the area.

Alchemy is a restaurant where I had first raw food experience. I visit them when I want to eat lots of vegetables. I love their salad bar a lot. They have several kinds of raw cooked dressings which make my appetite good :)
I have tried some raw foods like Hawaii Pizza, Vietnamese spring roll ( it’s delicious! Full of veggies are rolled. The sauce taste wonderful ! ) and Philadelphia Sushi Roll which I haven’t had this kind of maki zushi before ! Simply unique, feel healthy and of course it’s delicious. Thanks Alchemy. I’ll visit you again ❤️

Came in for some vegan burgers with jackfruit patty and were amazed as always by the taste😋. It took a while to be ready due to the restaurant being fully crowded at lunchtime. Very popular vegan spot, must visit if in Ubud!

Beautiful restaurant with a lovely ambience. The food is all vegan - and you can tell. Extremely healthy with lots of interesting takes on popular meals. As someone who isn’t vegan, I enjoyed the food, but have had better. The desserts however are to die for. They have a lovely salad/noodles bar where you can customise your order too. If you’re looking for vegan specifically - I’d come here.

It's a choose your own adventure smoothie bowl bar. They have lots of other healthy options as well but I got excited to create my own smoothie bowl, which was just delicious. They offer different milks, toppings and fruits and you could just make so many different variations. I wish I had had the time to go back multiple times. I definitely will, when I'm in Bali next.

We ordered the Aloha pizza and the papaya wrap and most were really good and 100% raw. Alchemy is our favorite restaurant in Ubud when it come to clean and raw food. We love their large selection of menu items!

Salad was okay - Alchemy Lover - but certainly no where near the quality of others I have had at other places in Ubud - and yes they are vegan and organic too. Vege seemed a little 'tired' maybe as most things are prechopped and in containers ready to put together like at a Subway - vs prepared fresh to order in other places.
Juice smoothie was refreshing, brownie was delicious chocolate indulgence.
Very trendy place obviously - shame as the raw food concept and ethos is great and the menu sounds delicious (if a little too Instagram in place - why use words like chicken / egg in a vegan place??? Be proud of what you are doing - appreciate it gets people who have never tried raw food before to do so, and is a tourist novelty to get people through the door and try.........

I live in Ubud 2 years. Alchemy is my favorite restaurant.
Sooo tasty healthy food is there, friendly staff, cozy interior, good Internet, nice people around.
My favorites: teriyaki bowl, Asian “chicken”salad, mocaholic cake and the best raw ice cream in Bali❤️
They also have yoga studio there and nice shop, you can spend the hole day there with great pleasure💖
Everyone should try Alchemy who visit Ubud.
Alchemy is one of the places which are like a visit card of Ubud, you can feel the vibes of Ubud here.
