Beautiful location by the river and lovely atmosphere. The service was friendly and quick. Only disappointing thing - we went for the Divine Friday wine tasting. It was advertised as having complimentary paired canapés - they could definitely have been more generous with these - they were absolutely tiny and one per glass!

We came back to Bridges having eaten here 2 years ago. They have a tasting menu now - what a treat. This place is expensive by Balinese standards, however worth the extra for such high standards of food, wine and service.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is fantastic. The staff was polite, knowledgeable and very attentive. The food was delicious! Would definitely come back here again! We went for dinner and would have liked to return for drinks and tapas, but didn't have the opportunity. Next time!

Visited Bridges on a walk back to Penestanan, late one afternoon. Noticed that they now have a cocktail bar downstairs overlooking the river and jungle ravine. We had not been to Ubud for two years, so the cocktail bar is a new development since our last visit we believe? And like the food at Bridges, the cocktails did not disappoint.... More

What a fantastic venue! Several levels of bars and restaurants set below a bridge in Ubud in steep river valley. We got there early and had a delicious cocktail on a lower level before dinner - highly recommended to experience the various views from the different levels. Absolutely wonderful food. Every morsel was so well balanced and a real culinary... More

Lovely restaurant with fantastic menu - Indonesian take on some more western items. 6 of us enjoyed a fabulous lunch then 8 of us returned for dinner two days later. Beautiful barramundi. The die for Gorgonzola brûlée served in apple half with fabulous citrus/balsamic dressed greens. Welcome nibbles, bread, entree, palette cleanser (lime sorbet to make the eyes roll!) and... More

I came here few times, a beautiful setting restaurant with romantic ambience but the quality of food is mediocre and over price. Limited wine selection and very expensive. They have a new sommelier but he has limited knowledge to explain about the wine. Good service tho, it's a pity as I belive they could give excellent service if the food... More

After a series of unfortunate circumstances, we made last minute reservations for my 40th birthday dinner and got to Bridges at closing time, but they were willing to let us order and eat. The view was beautiful with the bridge, river and foliage while dining. We had the mango mojito and pina colada, which were both tasty. The three entrees... More

My partner and I had a fabulous evening at The Bridges. Its in such an amazing setting and I reccommend it to anyone wanting a special night out in Ubud. When I did the online booking I asked for a romantic table with a great view and thats exactly what we got. Good idea to arrive before nightfall so you... More
