We've been staying in Artotel next door and could enjoy our breakfast here. Normally we don't eat hotel breakfast because there mostly not that good, and also Bali offers a wide range in awesome breakfast places, but Jatayu looked so nice we wanted to give it a go. The place looks modern, nice, very light and clean. They have great coffee, made at the bar. And the Breakfast Butty has been the best breakfast we had in Bali so far. Great mixture of flavours and awesome presentation. Looked so great we forgot to take a picture. 😉 The employees are very kind and helpful and made us enjoy our breakfast even more. We are definitely eating here tomorrow again, cause there are a lot more yummy things on the menu I would like to try.

I have been to Flock a number of times now, and every experience is surely a memorable one. First and foremost the food is top notch, and it is really shown through their focus on quality. The staff are also really friendly, which is a really important criteria to have in order to have a great experience. I would highly recommend flock to anyone who are thinking of travelling to ubud for culinary experience.
Also, don’t forget to order their tasty cocktails!

First they serve up southern fried chicken mashed potatoes and steamed spinach and next morning big breakfast perfect scrambled eggs and sourdough toast. Can't tell you how pleased i was but did overtip hearing impaired bartender who laughed with me as opposed to at me which i appreciated. Full bar with coffee and tea.

Found this on a list of best places to eat in Ubud so decided to give it a go. Lovely ambience. I had the Wagyu Beef and Mala Mien. From the description I expected thin slivers of melt in your mouth beef as it said it was slow cooked MB7. What I got was dry meat which was a huge disappointment for me. The noodles were pretty good. The egg was overcooked, expected a runny yolk to coat the noodles. Lots of coriander seeds at the bottom. Overall the flavours did not meld well with each other. That was the bad. The good was the Prabby Katty Burger which my boy had. That was delish!! So were the Triple Cooked Fries, the Red Sea mocktail and my Margarita. And the choux dessert was very good! Service was good but do note that they close at 8pm so go early if you wanna give it a go.

Seriously you need to shape your service staffs. Day 1, we are group of 6, first only 2 person of us came and we choose to sat on the table for 2, then the rest 4 came and we were refused to sit on the other 2 tables of 2 and they told us that this table with 2 chairs only for 1 person and ask us to sit on the back sofa which quite small fot 6 of us so we insist to sit on these 3 tables with 6 chairs. The food portion for hotel breakfast was so small and limited so we have to order another one (with extra charge). We ordered karage bow and charsiu bowl. At the end the staff came and ask us how was the food we said thet the chicken karage was so hard and the staff laugh and said that how the japanese karage supposed to be (maybe he tought we never been to japan and dont know sh*t about japanese food) and I told them the 2 of us are from japan so we know how karage suppose to be. Seriously, why did you ask how was the food if you cant accept any bad review. Day 2, we saw 4 people sat on the same table that we were told only can be occupied for 1 person, like wtf, why there was double standard for us locals and the bules??? When we ordered, we have to repeat 3 times our order which is only a simple 1 tea, 1 kombucha and 2 waters, what a joke.

Had breakfast here twice. Coffee was good. Toast was good the first morning, crisp toast, but on the second day I think they were kindly giving me extra thick slices of bread. This did not really work as it ended up as lightly toasted on the outside and doughy bread on the inside. The first day the toast was perfect though.

7th time coming here for breakfast, I always order avo toast with hot americano, dessert and I always buy the kombucha to take home. My favorite kombucha is kiamboy & jasmine. for the food the sourdough is not consistent, sometimes I get the sourdough that is crispy sometimes I get the non-crispy one. but today i came and got the perfect avo toast! The sourdough is crispy and the avocado pieces are still not too crushed

As a frequent visitor to Ubud, this is not our first and last visit.
Though the establishment, due to covid is not as crowded as before, both the services and foods/drinks quality remain impeccable.
They now sell kombucha, which is the best that we have tested, not only in Indonesia.
Our favourite foods are chicken ramen and triple cheese sandwich.
Dont forget to sip their limoncello. Better than those sold in Italy.
For the quality that they provide, the prices are very reasonable.
See you in the very near future !

We stayed at the hotel next door and ate here for all of our meals. The food was super tasty and there were so many different options to try. The kombucha was very good and we tried all flavors - my favorite is the kiamboy one! Other favorite dishes include: chicken & quinoa salad, spicy mala chicken, damn good chicken ramen, mac & cheese all breakfast options… The choux dessert is a must get. Good wifi and a lot of charging plugs - makes this a great place to work all day long.

Very nice place to have your breakfast or a coffee in the afternoon ( even I could do some works via the provided WiFi during my holidays)

Great dining experience: good food with a cozy ambiance, and combine with that the attentive and polite staff. Tried their Damn Good Chicken Ramen, which was also one of their most popular menu, and it was really damn good! Flavorful broth, tender chicken slices, and al dente noodle - topped with perfectly poached egg. Definitely will come back here when I return to Ubud

One of the best to visit in Ubud. Food is always delicious and good customer service. This is our 3rd time being here and we always get what we expected.
Hope they could show pictures in their menu so it will be more easy to figure out what food we are ordering.

Ordered the chicken ramen which is the most popular dish in here and kiamboy tamarind kombucha for lunch. The ramen's broth feels fresh and delicious, the egg was really spectacular! I thought it's going to melt when I cut it, but instead it has moist texture. The kombucha also tastes nice. I order the choux 2 weeks ago, taste good, not really sweet and suits my taste really well.

The coffee and food at Flock was amazing! We stopped in for lunch - we shared koren chicken, and for main had the spicy noodles chashu and wagu donburi. All delicious! The coffee was exceptional- loved that I was able to order a Melbourne Magic (double ristretto). Will definitely be back here when we're back in Ubud!

Went for breakfast as the menu looked great. Ordered the big breakfast but the waitress didn’t ask us what type of eggs we wanted so the gave us scrambled. When the first plate came I requested poached. The waiter asked if I minded waiting which I said wasn’t a problem. When the eggs came the whites were still 50% raw. I didn’t have time to wait again so are around them. Asked for extra hot lattes and came normal heat. They just need to pay a little more attention to detail and it would be a really great place to eat.
