I had a very nice nasi campur and lemon squash. It was really good and i'm a gourmet so often reluctant to try local food. Curry, tempe, eggplant, gado gado were delicious. You can go without hesitation!

Visited based on previous reviews. We had a pleasant evening meal here. Both mains were nice, but not great. Dessert was fried banana which was also nice. Staff very pleasant and the warung has a small cosy atmosphere.

After reading a few reviews we thought we'd give it a go, it's a little out of the way so don't turn back when you go wondering down what looks like a residential street; It's there. We had Mie Goreng a dish I'm very fond of and had a number of times travelling around Bali, it was the best and... More

Putu's Wild Ginger is set in a very quiet street (gets very dark at night). The restaurant has just a few tables in a small area, but very home-styled. The menu is not extensive, but good enough for you to have a delicious dinner. I tried Putu's Goreng Kecap, choosing pork. The taste was very good though the rice serving... More

Puts and her staff dish up great meals for a very reasonable price. The setting is lovely, and we dined there twice during our 5 night stay.

We read the reviews and wanted something traditional so we gave Putu's a try. The Warung is modest, super clean and holds about 7 tables, the menu doesn't have a huge selection, don't let that fool you. The wonderful woman knows how to cook. We ordered a mixed salad first up, and it was so fresh and tasty, it had... More

Lovely Indonesian food in a quiet lane off the main road. Small menu but with dishes packed with flavour.

The restaurant isn't in the heart of Ubud, but worth while the walk. This is were we had the best food from all the places we ate in Bali. The food is delicious, nicely presented, they accommodate to requests on the level of spiciness, and serve it with a smile -- a thing that I cannot say about many locals... More

Just off the well worn and busy track but properly tasty. Whilst the ala carte menu is a little limited each item we had was properly tasty. There is also a smoked duck dish that needs 24 hours notice that is apparently the bomb. Good attentive, but not overly so, service with a friendly owner who can have a quick... More
