Great nasi goreng, chicken sate, soto Ayam and fresh juices! Wait for food was a little long but definitely worth the wait when the food came. Fresh and hot, straight from the kitchen. Very affordable local meal in Ubud. All prices are all-in so there are no nasty surprises from govt tax and service charges. Compared to Made's Warung (highly... More

I stopped off here for lunch. Simple dishes, no MSG, tasty food. I had a very fresh salad that was delicious and some yummy corn fritters. Nothing fancy, two plates and a drink was 75,000 IDR.

We had lunch here during our stay in Ubud. It serves Indonesian food at a very reasonable price. Lovely atmosphere Balinese style with open walls and cushions on floor for those who choose. Food was fresh and tasty as were fruit drinks. We would definitely eat there again.

I came here for an early dinner- you shouldn't have any trouble getting a table before 7:30 on a weeknight. Its a smallish warung, with a nice atmosphere and several seating options- along a bench facing the street, normal table or sitting on cushions table. I chose to people watch at the front with a cold bintang first (came with... More

We had traditional Balinese food at this small Warung just next to the street in Ubud - but raised above street level so the street noise was not an issue. The food was good - not great - it was affordable, but it took 45 min to serve simple rice dishes with only a few other guests in the restaurant.

We ate here while waiting for a bus. It's a small, unprepossessing restaurant (you could walk past it easily), but the food -- Indonesian -- was very good. We imagine it as a place locals know about, a hole-in-the-wall gem. We would definitely go back there.

We came here twice during our stay in Ubud. The first time we really enjoyed the food, but we were a bit disappointed by the service, which was very slow. The second time though, everything was perfect. The chicken satay, the curries and the banana dessert were all delicious. Highly recommended also because the prices are very reasonable.

After experiencing the inflated prices of the restaurants along the resort strip in Nusa Dua, Laba Laba was a dream come true! Cute interior design coupled with a great menu that was set at really affordable prices. The Grilled Tuna cost less than $5 and was the best I've ever had! Definitely would reccomend to any travellers in Ubud as... More

This restaurant is very small and cozy and serve very nice food. As a standard they don't add hot chili to the dishes, so they are not very spicey. You can ask for a spicy version of dishes though, but bare in mind that will make them very spicy!

This cafe ended up being our favourite place to eat in Ubud. We have two kids 7 and 10, the food was great for us all, good mix of Balinese and other dishes and the juices are amazing. Peaceful and nice people.
