About
Indus enjoys one of Bali's most breath-taking views over the Tjampuhan valley and the volcano, Mount Agung. This breezy restaurant is an elegant mix of Balinese meets Indian and features an eclectic Pan-Asian menu. Specialities include salted squid salad, warm tofu salad, salmon in banana leaves, organic salad bowls, jackfruit rendang and a generous nasi campur. Lime tart, chocolate divinity and creme caramel are part of the desert line-up. From 5-7pm, enjoy happy hour and complimentary tapas on the terrace, with your loved one, for a truly memorable and romantic experience.

I've been going to Ubud and Bali for decades now. When I first started visiting, there was very limited traditional quality Balinese dining. Then Casa Luna opened, with the first espresso coffee in Ubud! And was followed by Indus, which set the standard for quality...dining. Indus moved the dial for service, preparation and ingredients. It is a beautiful, and original restaurant and shouldn't be missed! It's the traditional benchmark for restaurants in Ubud.More

Once again I made a point of going to Indus Restaurant in Ubud Bali . This time it was at their Interim location, just a few doors down, whilst renovations are being undertaken, from their original address. I have been twice this trip, introducing new...friends to the old Bali I have known and loved for 40 years. We were not disappointed. I would have to say I had the most delicious salted squid, green salad ever. The flavours were clean and discernible with coriander and lime the heroes along with the succulent salted Cumi Cumi or calamari. Loved the ambience and the service.More

We spent 7 days in Bali, Ubud area; Indus has been our favorite dinner place by far. Food is excellent with great local speciality, service is super friendly and well organized, and the place is beautiful You should try the squid salad, with plenty of...aromatic herbs. Balineese style paella is also excellentMore

On our recent stay in Ubud we stopped for lunch at Indus. It had been recommended by a friend for the view and the food. Even though we arrived just as a major thunderstorm erupted, both the food and view did not disappoint. We highly...recommend Indus as a great spot to kill an afternoon drinking wine and enjoying a nice meal.More

Top views over Campuhan Ridge. Well prepared and presented menu. Good value and outstanding service. On Tuesdays at 7.30 there is an excellent live band that played Salsa Bachata and Kizomba. I love this place and keep returning. If you cut through the little overgrown...track right opposite it brings you out into a really nice river and rice paddy area. This is the top area of Penestanen.More

We came here because we really fancied some pizza after eating Indonesian 3 times a day for two last week. We did have the Bali player for 2 to start which was all delicious and then a pizza each. Good size pizza and tasted like...an authentic Italian pizza. We asked for it extra crispy. Service good too. Would advise wearing a good bug spray here in the evening.More

I am sure they do but you would be best to ask the restaurant itself.

Hello I've only just seen this ! So sorry. If you want to sit on the terrace it's best to book. Otherwise you don't need to if its not high season. Best Janet
