We visited here many times on our last trip without disappointment, really enjoyed the setting...but this last time was disappointing. We pre booked months in advance front tables for the traditional dance at the temple opposite and found the whole experience exceptionally disappointing. Apparently if...More

We had drinks and appetizers here and it wasn't inspiring so we moved on somewhere else for dinner. Nothing particularly bad but not original or especially fresh tasting. Great location for sure

This place was so disappointing and overpriced. We paid around £30 for two drinks and two mains and it wasn’t worth half of that! I am vegetarian and the options were limited to two set menus- I asked if I could substitute one main from...More

Cafe Lotus has good food and is situated with a perfect view overlooking lotus ponds and the main temple in Ubud. Highly recommend dinner while the Dances are taking place. Reserved tables allow you access to get up and close to the performance.

Bali has a huge pollution problem. This place was the first I went to that used plastic straws. Tourist trap - overpriced.

The food was nice, safe choice for a group, kids had fun. You can see the beautiful dancing at night as well. Do not order the duck confit though - cremated and inedible but they were gracious in replacing it.

The ambiance was quite unique as they have a big lotus pond inside. But the food was just not worthed for the price. The duck betutu was not fresh & there’s nothing special with their veggie lasagna. And we found that foreign visitors got better...More

Don't think so, most places in Ubud don't open until 9-10 o'clock in the morning.
