Beautiful venue, with great events. Only thing poorly lacking is that there is NO SERVICE - I literally had 3 male servers tell me to go get my own water whilst they just stood there, continuing to smoke a hookah pipe. We thought we were...hallucinating. This gross attitude goes against the whole positive vibe they are trying to project. We are totally fine getting our own water, but as consuming customers - curiously why do we need to pay a service charge? On further inspection, seems like no one is actually working in this venue. We understand now, why people just purchase 1 drink yet stay the whole day. Almost seems like a waste to spend money here, when so many other businesses are floundering. Big shame, and enough to damper ones experience. Was sad to give this 1 star, but simply unacceptable. Come here for the venue, NOT for the service. Expect to be told to get things yourself by the servers who are doing absolutely nothing. Ridiculous.More

Thank you for your feedback, we truly sympathize and apologize for your experience at our venue. However in full fairness, there are some concerns we need to raise. Our server staff is predominantly female, with 1 male shisha attendant. Currently, we are also running on...More

You guys need to shake your staff, they are 5 of them in front of me gazing at me with no reaction, totally brain dead, telling me that if I need some water I can go get it myself. I thought considering the context people...would be thankful to have the chance to be given a job while their company is probably not doing well.More

My husband and I went to this restaurant on sunday, lunch time. The place is so peacefull, clean and the scenery across the restaurant is beautiful. You can choose place to eat, mine is second floor which is a better place to enjoy the meal...and the scenery at the same time. The cool breeze sunday noon so relaxing, the hospitality from the staff and the meal which is good taste makes us happy. For those who like to spend the time capturing moment taking selfie this is a right place to beMore

What a magical event! The NewEarth Festival last Saturday night was an amazing experience. From the cacao ceremony to fire performances, ecstatic dance and sound meditation, my senses were engaged. Recommend a visit to anyone visiting Ubud. You won’t be disappointed.

This restaurant is just outside of central Ubud but we stayed in their adjoining ecohomes and got the chance to experience this beautiful restaurant. The settings are absolutely amazing, giving you the chance to lounge around and look out to the rice fields, and the...food was next level. The food has a focus on Vegan and Vegetarian food and although we're meateaters, my partner and I found their Vegan pizza to be one of the best we've ever had. We were here for breakfast, lunch and dinner and never got bored of their amazing food.More

Visit here was recommended by friends, and first impressions didn’t disappoint. The building and environment is stunning and the relaxed feel to the place is wonderful, with good service and friendly staff. The only thing stopping a 5* review from me is the food. It’s...great quality and good value but was slightly lacking in WOW factor given the surroundings. Don’t get me wrong there is no question over quality of the produce or the intention behind the creation of dishes, but in my opinion the flavours were just slightly lacking for the high quality venue the surroundings lead your expectations to have. Would definitely revisit said all this, as the overall experience is incredible.More

This remote place is definitely worth a visit. A spacious place with a variety of different seatings at 2 levels, plenty of plugs in case you want to work, fast wifi and delicious food. Although not too cheap, definitely worth its price. The Buddha Bowl...is highly recommended!More

If I knew vegan food could taste this good all the time I would probably go vegan. I cannot stress enough how amazing the food was at this place. Though they have the lighter things like homemade detox juices, electrolyte juices, tonics and smoothies that...one might expect at a vegan restaurant, they also had a lot of hearty, filling options. They of course had delicious soups and salads, but also dishes like jackfruit tacos, a mushroom burger, pizzas, pad Thai, corn fritters, noodle pastas and zoodle pastas. They also had a “caprese” dish that was incredible—sliced tomatoes and zucchini circles were skewered together with a vegan cheese and pesto sauce. So good!More

You have to travel a little bit out of Ubud but then you end up in amazing Akasha. The food is great and prices are reasonable, the views amazing, staff is really nice. Very little complaint about my dish although very tasty it was supposed...to come with tomatoes and feta and both were very scarce, 1 small tomatoe en 1 very small crumb of feta.More

Hi Salma. We took a taxi to get there but a lot of people went with the scooter. There's a bit of uphill on the way but nothing to much to worry about it. About the route, it's better to ask for a local what is the best one... More
