This place only does tasting menus with or without pairings. One is written out and the other is a surprise. The staff are great and the food was lovely. The garden dining was really nice. Great for a group or a romantic dinner.

You are welcomed by young ladies and asked to sit in a lounge waiting room primarily to make you order an aperitif and canapés. You receive a menu of canapés. When we declined we got a free one each. Full of truffle juice. We were then shown to our table after 15 minutes. A nice ambiance and pretty location. The... More

If you are in the Ubud region make a reservation for dinner at Mozaic. We had the chefs choice tasting menu. Absolutely superb. As good a meal as any top restaurant in Paris,London,New York or Miami

Mosaic was once the best restaurant on Bali. It is no longer. The food is still good but rather "so what?" Nothing new or different, just classic French food served in a beautiful setting. I have to admit we went there after Locavore, which is truly amazing, so Mosaic was quite a let down. My advice, if you have to... More

We visited the mozaic whilst on honeymoon in Bali. We were a little hesitant at first given the price and that we can be a little picky sometimes but so glad we went. We had the 6 courses and they just got better and better! Never before have we ate such delicious food, presented so well. Service was fantastic the... More

We absolutely loved it, giving us the possibility to taste some local produce, blended with some International/French flavors was a gift. The service is just perfect and very caring, a level long time gone in Europe and North America. The location is great, and the chance to talk with the Quebec chef on the night was a highlight, he is... More

An amazing experience for four ladies - one celebrating her birthday! Chose the six course degustation menu, which also included two amuse bouche to start and chocolate petit fours to follow. The evening started outdoors in the beautiful garden setting on a balmy Ubud evening, linen tablecloths and silver service. A question at the table was "What happens if it... More

We arrived for dinner at 7pm. We chose the six course and we were finished by 8pm. The food and service were, as you would expect, flawless. The kintamani suckling pork was a favorite, along with the kaffir lime chocolate shell. Our only criticism was it all came out very quickly and we felt we were being rushed through an... More

Service at Mozaic was great, ambience was great. Flavours, unfortunatly not all the way there compared to other Asian/French fusion restaurants with Michelin stars or Michelin ambitions where we have dined. Sommelier deserves an applause, very skilled and knowledgable with great suggestions throughout (we did not go for the pairing) Chefs Surprise menus was good, it just did not make... More
