Superb restaurant in Ubud. Friends from Holland already told us we should go here, but this should definitely be on your list if you visit Ubud, love good food and if this fits your budget. We took a 8-course Grand Menu including wine and we enjoyed for hours of the fine mix of local herbs and top notch cooking skills.... More

You have a choice of a 5 or 7 course menu. Beautiful outdoor setting and the food and presentation were top notch.

this restaurant was recommended by the hotel we stayed at and we really enjoyed the experience. you can choose a 6 or 8 course tasting menu paired with wine. we chose the 6 course menu which is quite filling considering they jeep bringing you delicious bread baked in the kitchen. there is a quaint tradition of placing a platter of... As previously noted, the main question for me when reviewing restaurants is:could I cook this myself? And whilst I pride myself to be a good cook, there is no way in the world that I could prepare a dinner like at Mosaic's the other night. And that is really why we go to restaurants: not to just eat,but indulge. And... More

Yes the bill was more expensive than a star michelin in France....But the service is not as perfect as a start Michelin and the standards costs in Indonesia are way much lower! So even though the food was great, original and the service good I strongly believe that it is way overpriced.

My husband and I had the 6 courses with premium wine pairing. Dinner was good, my husband enjoyed and was more impressed than I was. Wine was spot on! I highly recommend paying for the presumed as you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful setting in the garden, and the food was unbelievable. Most impressive meal we have had a long time. The paired wine selections were exquisite and complemented the food perfectly.

So I'm obviously in the minority on here but just really didn't understand the hype of this place. It was VERY expensive and I didn't leave there with a WOW at all. The food was ok but felt some of the dishes were odd tasting and overall just not very satiating. I realize a six course menu is a bit... More

This is serious cooking of a type rarely to be found in this less formal island. Despite that it's served with great aplomb. The lounge is decorated in three styles, French, Javanese and Balinese, the first two being the nationalities of chef Christian and his wife. The table is decorated with a basket filled with local fruits, vegetables and spices,... More

A delightful ourdoor setting, a wee drop of rain never harmed anyone. The cuisine takes fresh local ingredients and works magic. A six course tasting menu, or possibly eight, or surprise menu are the options. No a la Carte. We chose the six courses. Well balanced flavours and a food intolerance, previously intimated was catered for with ease.Because of the... More
