Had dinner here last night with my daughter and husband. The service (like everywhere in Bali) was perfect. Such beautiful people with beautiful manners. The food was pretty much typical of any Indian restaurant. Nothing to complain about but also nothing to write home about because it was out of the ordinary. Would definitely go back there if I'm in... More

As authentic as my rolex watch I bought on Sanur high street. I went because an Indian subscriber said it was perfect. Service was very smiley and thanks to ibu Dewi it was not a total flop. $40usd for 3 dishes a small beer and water

This restaurant was a blessing for me in Sanur area. Sanur area has a lot of restaurants but if you are from India, you can only get a little bit of satisfaction at this place. They do have a all sort of Indian food, but I wouldnt say that its authentic, the taste is a little off, but still its... More

Eaten here twice because vegetarian food is difficult to find in bali. This place offers a decent range of choice and good authentic food. We had vegetable curry, tandoori and roomali roti in one trip and navratan biryani in the second trip. Loved the food and fast service. Only take note, normal medium spicy food in india is equivalent to... More

Nicely located along the main street. Offers a great menu. Love the curries! I keep coming back. Nice little Indian restaurant in Sanur if that's what you are craving!

Superb tasty Indian dishes, with a very good selection of veggie and vegan options, and friendly staff. Could maybe do a little more on the decor and the atmosphere, but the food is spot on!

I wouldn't go here on a day when it is humid (oh well it's Bali) the restaurant is quite suffocating in spite of many fans. Most of the veg curries we got were good. Mango lassi/smoothie was horrible. Naan bread was good.

i'm craving for biryani for weeks, and finally decided to go to this place. we ordered punjabi chicken biryani, madrasi chicken biryani, butter naan, and chicken tika masala the naan and chicken tika masala was ok, acceptable and average. but the biryanis was really bad, tasteless, no spices nor a little bit aroma of spices. we end up mixing the... After eating Indonesian food for many days we were in a mood for some good Indian food and walked into Gateway of India knowing nothing about it. The menu and the prices seemed reasonable so decided to eat here. And we were not disappointed! The staff was very friendly, eager to meet our needs. We asked for spicy food and... More
