The Damai is by far the best place for dinner around Lovina and further. The setting is beautiful - we had dinner around a small pool in a mountain surrounding with a view towards the sea (sunset). The service is very personal and the level of English spoken is clearly better than we have heard elsewhere. The menu options are... More

This restaurant is kind of in the middle of nowhere right in the north of Bali. Part of a high end boutique hotel. The food is amazing. As good as anything you'd get in any of the worlds best eating establishments. Modern style with some Balinese twists. They make terrific cocktails too! It's fairly pricey for Bali (cost us RP270,000... More

A more expensive restaurant in Bali but worth it if you are looking for an amazing dinner experience. The Babi Guling, chocolate fondant and cocktails were fantastic! The outside tables at the blue pool at night created a lovely and calm atmosphere.

Sure it is a romantic location and nice for a romantic diner. Personally I was disappointed to find tje very spicy coconut-sambal sauce not at the side but on the plate which ruined my diner. Beware pricing is at (very high) level.

We spent quite a sum to dine at The Damai's restaurant on our last night in Bali. And... it was worth it! We had really amazing and flavorful food. Our meals were made with quality ingredients, cooked with great intention and care. Coming from the food-heaven of the SF Bay Area, we were delighted to find such delicious culinary adventure... The Damai is known as the best restaurant on Bali which is fully deserved. We were dining there for three nights in a row, every night having new courses, and were not disappointed once! The quality of the meat, fish and vegetables is fantastic and the staff are among the friendliest you will ever meet. The menu is created by... More

I have to say I was disappointed. Was expecting great things from the food and the view - both not fantastic. Food was presented nicely but ok not fantastic and for the prices you need fantastic! Extremely expensive - more than Australia. Even the Indonesian food was crazy expensive. $20 for a pickup is also over the top given so... More

every meal is prepared uniquely - for mouth and eyes. Of course it costs a little something, but the whole setting in a colonial style house or during fine weather along the pool is unforgettable.

Came to The Damai resto as our friend recommend this place. He said it's the best restaurant in Lovina and turned out he's right! We were greeted by lovely staffs. We sat on one of the tables and the staff brought us a complimentary cauliflower cooked in truffle oil which was absolutely delish! Ee ordered beef angus burger and specials... More

Fully recommended. Nice and also untraditional kitchen. All family liked it. Days menu and a la carte.
