A big group of us attended the Sunday brunch on a girls trip. It had been recommended so we booked way ahead. It’s not cheap by Bali standards, but it was SO WORTH IT and you definitely get your money’s worth. You can do a non-alcoholic, wine/cocktails or sparking/wine/cocktails option. It goes from 11am-3pm. We stayed the whole 4 hours and the time flew.
The wait staff were attentive. The food was amazing. The setting was beautiful. In addition to the fancy buffet food, you could order all sorts from an a la carte menu. This was my first time to Bali and it was THE highlight of the trip for me (and many others in the group). A must do.

Once again we had a fabulous brunch, we had 8 adults and 4 children in our group. The children ate from the buffet and ordered off the menu, they all enjoyed their mulia burgers, and the pizzas, and they were fascinated by the strawberry chocolate fountain, that was a big hit with them! The adults had a wide variety of food mainly off the menu, prepared by our favourite chef Mr Corky and which is all included in the price, the octopus 🐙 carpaccio, stuffed zucchini flowers, procuitto and mozzarella plate just to name a few. We had one of our favourite waiters Dharma looking after us, we wanted for nothing! All the staff are exceptional, and the food is of the highest quality, cooked and served by some of the best chefs in the world.
We love visiting this hotel, everything about it is classy yet relaxed, do yourself a favour and just go and enjoy 😎

We made a reservation on their Easter Brunch and I was informed that all the indoor tables are fully-booked. Well, Bali is pretty hot for us, we would prefer not to be seated outdoor.
Thanks to Bu Eka who's been very helpful and friendly, she brought a good news on the next day saying she got a table indoor for us. And it was a nice table by the window where we could see waves from a far while having our brunch.
Thanks also to Bu Lestari, who served our table with warmth and great hospitality. She ordered for me my favorite dessert, one last meal my full stomach couldn't resist.
The food? Without a doubt, they serve all meals in excellent quality and taste only. We are repeater guests!

Our group of 5 attended the 4 hour brunch with the addition drinks package included. The only reason I give this place the 2 rating was due to the food.. great selection of traditional Asian food with fresh seafood plenty of other dishes and a great selection of desserts. This is everything good about the place.. service was non existent and no one had any idea of how to make a cocktail.. we waited for over an hour for our grill order only to receive half of it and didn’t come close to how we requested it.. some of never came at all, despite several requests..cocktails we just straight alcohol, no mixes.. and when we ordered the test tube shots, they arrived in high ball glasses (straight alcohol with just colouring).
It took 50 minutes to get hand washing bowls on our table, so the seafood could be enjoyed.. don’t get me started on how long it took to clear our dirty plates of prawn and crab shell.
I will never go there again.. I have been told there are plenty of other resorts that offer similar packages in Nusa Dua, but at a much better price..
my advice.. if you have to go there just take the food package.. the extra for drinks was no worth it unless your a wine or champagne drinker

I’m currently staying at the Mulia Resort in Nusa Dua, Bali. A few days ago I had lunch at their famed Soleil restaurant, located by their ocean pool. The grilled squid dish was light, flavoursome and tasty.
This evening I decided to dine at Soleil and experience its much heralded degustation meal. Well, wasn’t that a huge mistake.
Service is without fault. The Balinese people are some of the most beautiful and accommodating in the world. Unfortunately this did not extend to the kitchen of Soleil.
We started with a mildly tasty filled squash blossom. Small in size, fine to begin. Garlic style aioli dominated the dish.
Next up was the yellow fin tuna tartare with cucumber. Light and easy to eat. Yet the cucumber should have been more delicate.
Then came the disaster. Seared foie gras with the most overwhelming balsamic and strawberry dressing. So overpowering it wasn’t editable.
This was followed by a very heavy garlic, egg and crouton soup. Thick like clag paste.
Tiny agnoletti (and I mean tiny) in a veal jus followed the soup. Very poor veal jus that clearly had not been drained properly as you could see the fat on the plate.
Then my chargrilled black Angus tenderloin was meant to me medium rare. It was a most chewy cut of meat. The salsa verde and cress were ok, yet once again a very strong overwhelming flavour.
I decided I had had enough and asked for the bill and chose not to wait for the dessert - some variety of nut offerings.
The venue still had the audacity to charge me the $200 plus AUD for what could possibly be one of the worst degustation dining experiences I have ever encountered anywhere in the world.

We had heard of Soleil's brunch for a long time and were excited about our first experience. The food is ok and not very impressive
perhaps due to covid limitations. However we were very disappointed about the overall dining experience. First, there is no proper dining chair for baby which is totally shocking for a reputable 5 star hotel. The only type of chair is for kids more than 3 years old which is impossible for baby to sit safely. we're told that there is no baby chair in the entire Mulia hotel and baby can sit on the sofa instead. Unbelievable to hear this from a hotel and whoever raised a kid would know that it is impossible to have baby dined on a sofa. Second the waiting time for food is long. We waited min 15min for any food ordered and required many follow ups. Third, lack of attention to details. Waiters always forget to give new plates and cutlery after they collected the used ones. Again a few follow up is needed.
The whole dining experience turned out to be so disruptive and unpleasant. with the price we paid, it is not worth the money and we can get much better service and better food at other 5 star hotels nearby. We had been to Mulia chains elsewhere and experience was decent. We believe that Mulia can definitely improve beyond this standard.

had an amazing experience to try the brunch on Sunday, the staff were really helpful, smiling all time and always at our service , I also was amazed when I saw that we are being welcomed by the staff who were always there to welcome each and every guest, they never stopped on surprising me I can tell you that the quality and quantity of food being provided is indeed very impressive considering the price. They have promotion dine 6 you pay only for 5 with additional beverage package .I left there with a plan to come back with my whole family as I want them to experience the same as well.

One of the thing that makes us always go back to Mulia is the restaurants, and Soleil is one of them. The food is great, the service is excellent, the ambience is great especially in the afternoon where you get to sit on the outdoor terrace overlooking to the main pool and the beach waiting for the sun to set. And one of the highlight of this restaurant is their superb Sunday brunch, where they serve varieties of food. And I also note that the waiters and waitresses always go beyond to try to cater to your needs. Excellent ❤️ Thank you for maintaining the quality 👍🏻

As for the food, Soleil really impressed us with the selection, quality and the taste of the food.
All the dishes crafted by professional Chef and the service was really attentive.
The atmosphere serene and beautiful interior design as well.
It was trully lively experience and best Sunday Brunch when you are in Nusa Dua Area.

Spending time with collages at Soleil for lunch and it’s such a wonderful time, all the food is super tasty and the quality of the service is another level.
I recommend it to all of you who wanna enjoy a dining experience with tasty food, the best view, ambiance, and their service as well.
But make sure to make a booking in advance because they are in high demand so get your table right away 😊

We been visited Soleil for long time ago.
we used came during the buffet time. So many food and selection on that time.
Now we just visit again during the Pandemic.
No buffet only on special day. we have huge selection menu which we can order as much you can with freshly cook when you order.
Difrent experience when you have buffet but new concept is good with this kind of situation.
Food is amazing with nice selection of salmon, pasta, Pizza, octopus and special item of the day egg with caviar really nice to try.
And the selection of cocktail is a unlimeted.
Very value for money with food and drinks.
Hopely we will back again next time

Join the infamous Sunday Brunch. It cost more than the neighbor brunches however with the price we paid, it’s easy to tell that Soleil has the best brunch on the island. I have always been love brunches and the visit to Soleil is simply a good self pampered. Shout out to the very friendly host named Eka, the manager in charge during our visit- Harun, and thanks to Dharma that attend to our table. The variety of food is HUGE and the quality of food is top notch, will definitely be back for more dining experience here. No buffet spread as our visit was during pandemic, but the food selection is beyond our expectations, they served Indonesian, Vietnamese (which was very rare to find during brunch), Japanese, etc. And every of the dishes is very yummy.

Having brunch with family at Soleil Mulia Resort and Villas was absolutly amazing!
The Place was so cozy, spacious and clean with great view to the beach ocean. All staff are very polite, friendly and profesional. During Covid-19 Pandemic they had a very stricth policy for health protocol and procedure. Feel safe and confortable when inside there. No food and beverage spread on buffet table, the menu only order by request. Just ask to the staff in few minute all types of selection food were serve on our table more and more beyond expectation. All plates of dishes is very delicious and premium quality food. Fish sashimi is the best one that I have found. From appetizer, main course and dessert is great.
Recommend and will be back.

First of all i feel amazed by the view here at Soleil, The environment soooo eye pleasing such a dreamy place for enjoy the afternoon meal. I got hungry after 3 hours playing with water and i come and got my lunch at Soleil which is surprisingly the portion was satisfying and taste are soo good at the same time. If you need something in portion i suggest Nasi Goreng Kambing as i did haha. Ah i miss Soleil already right now.
