Our package included daily breakfast at The Cafe. We had a dinner at The Cafe as well, which we enjoyed on our last night. The breakfast is very well done. It includes all of the usual fare you would expect at a high end hotel...buffet breakfast with Western, Chinese, Japanese & Indian options. Due to the pandemic conditions, large, transparent plastic barriers have been erected at each station, and guests must tell their selection to an attendant who plates up the food and passes it to the guest through a slot. We found this to be a very well designed way to maintain hygiene, not just for the current pandemic, but in general. Dinner was along the same lines. The food was really fantastic, and despite the buffet format, much of it is done to-order.More

For 5 years we’ve enjoyed Saturday night buffet with special seafood at The Cafe restaurant. This year food was still high quality but much less seafood offered. No oysters, sashimi as before. Price was the same. We booked by email and confirmed a couple of...days before. No explanation from Mulia that menu was changed due to challenges with low occupancy etc during Coronavirus outbreak. We still enjoyed our evening but were disappointed at this change.More

The quality of the buffet since we last visited in jan 2016 has really declined. The options on offer are no where near the variety that was on offer. It was disappointing since I had talked this venue up to all ours friends whom were...holidaying with us and we brought them here for dinner with us expecting to have the same type of experience as the first time we came. Beverage service was extremely slow and non attentive. You needed to ask staff to come and take empty plates. This is really unacceptable service. Also just advice if there are no internal tables available avoid booking since it is way to hot to sit outside.More

Our stay included daily buffet breakfast. There are numerous breakfast stations available within the cafe, all quite substantial. Staff were quick to show us to the table, clean tables and, serve tea and coffee. Just a comment, not a fan of pre-prepared poached eggs.More

Loved it! So many choices that it would be impossible to find something you didn’t like. The drinks are on the expensive side but you are dining at a exquisite resort so you would expect that. Staff are very friendly and responsive. We dined for...dinner on a Friday night and It cost approximately $65 per head per adult for all you can eat. The only constructive feedback I would give is the very slow response to email enquiries so ring if you need to book or ask any questions.More

It was our last night in Bali, so we decided as a family (7 of us) to eat somewhere good. This buffet is rated number one on pretty much all the buffets. We came or dinner, but we should have come for breakfast. As I'm...reading more of these reviews, all the good reviews are about breakfast. The price for breakfast is more reasonable at around $30USD per person inclusive of drinks. Dinner, was $52USD and does not include drinks of any kind. NOT EVEN SERVICE WATER. They were going to charge us for ice! We couldn't even bring in our own water. The paid water was 45k (additional $4USD) for a bottle of the FREE water that they give out to their hotel guests. This is unbelievable bad for the reputation of a restaurant. My parents wanted to rate this with a 1 star because of it. Kids are 50% off. The soup and korean station people were outstandingly nice, but the seafood section (large I'll give credit to that) and the dessert person clearly did not want to be there on Dec 23. I asked for melted butter and the lady at the seafood station looked really annoyed. She left and gave me 2 packs of butter from the bread section still wrapped. I then asked again (nicely) for melted butter. She left and a guy came over and handed me 2 OPENED packs of butter. I asked if he could melt it and he looked even more annoyed and said "this is melted." So I explained for dipping the crab. He then left and provided me with the melted butter, but looked really annoyed. I'm not sure if they were just having a bad day? The ice cream lady, my kids were so excited and then my daughter asked why she wasn't happy today? I said, maybe she is tired? If a 4 year old notices, then it's not really a good sign. The food itself is ok. Nothing amazing. The selection is good. Seafood, dessert spread (really beautifully designed), sushi (fresh), korean section (meat was overcooked), and the soup section plus thai section good. The duck skin was good, but other meats were overcooked too. If we go again we would try breakfast only.More
