We dined here as part of a Luxury Escapes Package which meant we were confined to a restricted 3 course menu. We started with bruschetta - which was tasteless and soggy, and a plain salad for entrees. For mains I had a pizza cooked in the wood fired oven which again was tasteless and it had a soggy undercooked bottom.... More

We arrived with no booking at the restaurant but it was fully booked out, there was a table that just finished their meal so we went straight on once they vacated. Staff where great quick service, great food , impressive. Will return again.

If only it didn't cost over $5 AUD (with taxes) for a coke I'd give this restaurant the full 5 stars but I just can't get over it! Sure they say alcohol prices have gone up but why charge so much for a soft drink or even water!? Anyway, take your own bottle of water and enjoy the food as... More

We indulged in the three course dinner special. Had bruschetta, for entree, chicken picatta and diavola pizza for mains, gelato and panacotta for dessert. The mains were beautiful and could not fault them, I wished my plate did not end, hubby was the same about his pizza. The entrees and desserts were nice, but nothing special. Staff were lovely and... While waiting for my mates to arrive in Bali, I was staying at GH on my own and was lazy to walk out of the hotel. Now sitting at this restaurant that was one of only two choices open for late lunch. Surprisingly good food and an outdoor space to sit relax and eat. Pasta was cooked perfectly. Would definitely... More

We only had dinner in here since we stay at Grand Hyatt. We tried their Penne Carbonara, Caprese salad and Grilled white fish. All were okay. For me it was not like 5 star Italian fine dining.

We did this last, so maybe the others spoiled us for choice, but having eaten in Italian restaurants before, they did not offer the things we love about Italian restaurants. Having said that, the food was good and the atmosphere special with the music of the waves.

We dined here twice during our stay in Nusa Dua. Pros -the complementary bread with yummy olive oil - thin crust pizzas (albeit very cheesy) - the atmosphere - the sundaes, like old school 90s versions Cons -The drinks prices are exorbitant. Granted there is a heavy alcohol tax, it doesn't excuse the price of bottled water 76,000 rupiah whereas... More

We had several breakfasts and one dinner here during our stay at the Grand Hyatt and enjoyed it each time. Although humid the outside setting overlooking the pool and the beach was absolutely worth it and the cheeky squirrels added to the entertainment. For dinner we had the pasta and it was cooked beautifully. The sweets menu was very good... More

We very much enjoyed to be part of suprise birthday dinner at Salsa Verde. The setting was fantastic, the food was delicious and the service was outstanding. We had various starters for sharing and all of them were very well presented and tasty. I chose the Beef as a main course and it was done to perfection. Thank you very... More
