On a beautiful Sunday morning in Nusa Dua, I sat under the palm trees staring at the ocean with my hot lemon tea waiting for my husband to finish surfing. We finally ordered breakfast around 10 am. My husband had Huevos Rancheros (Mexican breakfast) but I ordered lunch, delicious seafood ravioli with creamy sauce and prawns. We finished off with cafe lattes and lemon tart with ice cream for dessert. Overall a relaxing Sunday brunch at a modern clean restaurant in a quiet corner of Bali.

We attended this restaurant based on the reviews but I would suggest diners to temper their expectations as the experience did not match the high level of reviews. The outlook to the beach break was the best part and the garden was well manicured - ultimately the food was fine. However, the marketing suggested ‘forget the high prices at your hotel and come to the grill instead’... prepare to find prices as expensive as Australia, drinks that are twice the price of most places in nusa dua and certainly not offering the discount you could get at your hotel. Something about the vibe was weird, there was a suspect smell hanging about the bar and the flies were certainly an issue. We sweltered through one drink and the safest pizza option and frankly made a dash back to our hotel we’re there was breeze and a pina colada that actually tasted like a pina colada.

We came here for dinner once as an easy 2min walk from the Mulia via the right side of the beach. This little gem of a restaurant had friendly staff, was cleaned and had a beach LA vibe to it. We went all out and had the grilled lobster, prawns, tuna and squid; and it was superb. It was the most expensive item on the menu (around Rp 650k for two) but the quality and freshness was all there. The rest of the menu looked decently affordable but you have to bear in mind that this is not your usual Balinese beach shack, therefore prices are slightly higher than the usual feet in the sand and dodgy health and safety type of place. Would definitely come back here to try the rest of the menu.

During our stay at Mulia we visited Nusa Dua Beach Grill once in the evening and once at afternoon. The food was very good and tasty. The view ist very nice and the service as well. The restaurant might be more expensive than other local restaurants, but of course a lot cheaper than the Mulia Restaurants. If you stay at Mulia I recomment to visit this restaurant at least once.

We were staying at the adjacent Mulia Hotel, but visited this restaurant every day during our 2 week stay. The views are amazing - you can sit and view the sweep of the beach and the gardens. The food is also delicious and very well-priced. There is a good level of choice from the menu and I have to recommend the lemon tart which is the best I've ever had!!! The staff are friendly and it has a really relaxed atmosphere. Go there and you will not be disappointed.

We booked to stay a week at Novotel Nusa Dua Bali. On our first night there we saw the Nusa Dua Beach grill advertised. It looked good and they offered a free pick up and drop off. So we decided to go there The venue was beautiful and the gardens well maintained but both were disappointed with the food. The Nasi Campur was a bit dry and my wife did not enjoy her grilled fish either. It was still a pleasant evening.

Really feel sorry for some of the restaurants in bali but this was a pretty poor experience. They decided to change the ingredients from what was in the menu even though we had some allergies in our group. Would have been fine with it due to situation but waiter never explained. In any case, the food was poor unfortunately. Lastly, I agreed with the restaurant that they would provide a transfer back to hotel - the waiter informed us that this was not the case. Would suggest to avoid until Bali is in a better place.

We had a lovely table facing the sea after reserving via the website and taking a short taxi ride there. We had to pay 5000 IDR each to enter the area, I think because of the temple? This was inconsequential as the food was worth it. We ended up ordering 3 mains between the 2 of us which was about right, portions are adequate but you probably want a starter as well. We had the Indonesian fish in banana paper which was slightly spicy but very nice. We also had the tuna with avocado and the mahi mahi, both of which were excellent. I had the grilled banana in caramel for dessert and we had 2 cocktails and a glass of the local white wine and the total bill came to IDR 785k which we thought was very reasonable.

Nestled at the Geger Temple end of The Mulia is this independently-owned restaurant. It’s so hidden that you’re stepping into it before you realise you’re there. Very reasonable food/drinks prices, and a decent variety of options. Anita and Putu were our waitpersons, and they’re friendly, attentive, and efficient. Great place and a great ocean view.

Absolutely amazing food! Highly recommend the Mahi Mahi burger or Nasi campur if you want a local dish. Big portions and incredible flavor! The staff was wonderful, so polite and attentive! And the views + atmosphere are unbeatable. You’re right on the beach and all of the plants and beautiful flowers around the property make it so vibey! Can’t wait to keep coming back to this gem in Nusa Dua!!

Great location, but food not worth it. Burger was pretty damn average, with a couple of fries and onion rings on skewers.. left hungry. Wife’s pizza was bland, flavorless with minimal cheese or topping except tomato paste

We were staying at the Mulia and the Nusa Dua Grill is right next door so for something different decided to have lunch there, we ended us having several meals there. Menu is extensive but we stuck with seafood and pizza, the food was excellent, good value and the staff were very friendly. Outlook over the lawn and beach is spectacular.

Was looking for something with a bit of soul that our chain hotel up the road couldn’t provide . This place picked us up from the Hilton and we had a great feed here including a big seafood platter . Very cool vibe with great music by the Tijuana Panthers. Kids had super burgers . Awesome views out onto the surf break ..... sick .

Maybe we wäre in a wrong Movie. The Restaurant seen in the pictures here was Full off , dont know what. If there was a fire or what ever The Food was burned with it. That doesn't have to be too. The stars are for their efforts. But a hint would be nice on the website
