I liked this place a lot. The atmosphere is great. I had basis goreng Babi, which was satisfactory. The prices in there are very affordable, but the service lacking slightly. Although fast, my waitress did not smile or otherwise try to be friendly over the necessary. Otherwise a Good place.

Took our Balinese friends here for dinner a few nights ago, ( my friend has the shop next door, good prices too. !!!! ), great food, wide choice of meals, good decor, staff very friendly and helpful, 10 minute walk from our hotel ( Bali Garden ), or 10,000 rpm by taxi. When in Kuta, a tip, ALWAY TRAVEL BY... More

Whole Snapper & giant king prawns were my favourites. lovely salads. One of the best value places in Kuta, with prices one half to one quarter other places selling the same things.

Everything is fabulous!!! Yummy scrumptious food, lovely waitresses, perfectly-sized portions, artful garnishes, interesting decor and al fresco dining! It is an authentic Kuta experience - like in the olden days! Thank You, Bamboo Corner!

Always full, this restaurant serves great sized portions of good food for cheap price. Tried local foods (rice portion is a bit small though) and western foods, both left us full and satisfied. Also Great Crab! Located strategically on Poppies 1 so its easy to find!

We ate here twice for dinner and tried a variety of dishes including gado-gado (nice spicy peanut sauce), nasi goreng super, spring rolls, tomato salad (smothered with a creamy dressing) and chicken satay. The food was tasty and good value but the service was lacking: I had to ask three times for my steamed rice the first night and waited... More

We visited this restaurant because it always looked busy. We noticed the price was really cheap but still thought it would be OK. My husband ordered the Calamari which ended up being some crusty deep fried batter with a little bit of Calamari inside. The chips that came with it were not fresh at all and the whole dish was... doesn't look much but the food is lovely, we always have the mie grain or nasi goring & a mixed juice, no meat, we wait across the lane for a seat out front & people watch, then race for a seat, very popular with Asians for the seafood, never had a bad meal, its so cheap & we love it!!!

Sometimes you can be lucky to get a table as this appears to be a favourite amongst Asian visitors to Bali and they bring their multitudes with them. When you do get a table, it is worth it. The food is good and the service fast. The prices are worth the heat and crowds.
