Thank you for your reviews to us, we take this as a very good review for improving our restaurants. We apologize that not every customer get what they are expected, but for your information, our lobster is indeed a bit pricy as we guarantee the best quality for all live seafood instead of frozen seafood and our price is based on the market price on that day, where the guest select the live seafood directly from the aquarium/live display and scale it in front of the guest.
As the rights of the guests they are being informed in advance before they do any transaction for any live seafood. In the case of Mr. Criss Joe and wife is well informed by our staff about the price and they agreed to have dinners there, so if this case is about the price, perhaps they will could say no instead of having dinner that they will be complaint of after, even Mr. Criss Joe and wife visited us the next day accompanied by two body guards insisting us to take the blame. In this point of view, we have no guilt on it and it has been cleared with Mr. Criss Joe and wife.
We are indeed will make this review as a lesson for us all, and we hope this experience will not be happened to other guests. Have a nice day towards.
