The view at the Taj Mahal is phenomanal. But the food and the tea are nothing special. They took long time to serve the food. Also, they charged 100 rupees more, but we figured out.

I enjoyed the view of taj mahal from this cafe, Dev is gem to this place he take care of us all the time and serviced us good food with beer , i will definitely come back to this place .

Yes, You will have to walk up the stairs as there is no lift. It's about 3 floors.
