We went after reading reviews on trip advisor. The food was great but Nescafé with milk was not nice. We ordered spinach and paneer pizza, Nutella- banana Pan cake and Rajasthani thali. Food was really delicious. Loved the thali. But there is definitely No lake view, even from the top floor. Also, what we didn't like was that the discriminating... More

It is a bit difficlult getting there as the Chand Pole area is crowded with narrrow bylanes. The restaurant met expectations but there are better options available

Two of us visited here for lunch after seeing it on TripAdvisor. We were initially dissuaded by seeing other Westerners there who had clearly seen the same as we usually go just to local places. The reviews on TA, however, are justified because the food really was very good. Fresh food and an eclectic mix. Go for a peanut masala... More

We went for a light lunch and it was just what we wanted a great find, we saw it in the lonely planet book. You sit around the outside of the room on cushions and low tables which is great they even have books and games that you're free the use while you wait or just chill. I had an... More

And great vibe as an alternative....interesting mix of Indian and thai flavours....worth the trip for the food, the music and the people....try the curry thai vegetables....weren't as spicy as I had hoped...but maybe I had already become used to the Indian spices...

Description
This restaurant started one year ago and the owners spent years studying the relationship between food, taste, health & the environment. They re-created vegetarian recipes by using alternative grains/millets such as Amaranth, Ragi, etc that are gluten-free & highly nutritious, and made tasty cookies, shakes & desserts that are also vegan. Their delicious salads are washed with filtered water and Indian tacos / chapatti pizzas are quick, tasty snacks. They also offer a full Indian food menu that is organic & tastes incredible. Their juices are made with really fresh vegetables & fruits. The restaurant is situated near the lake with awesome views of the lake, old temple with monkeys & parrots, and of city palace from the 2nd floor. The first floor has mattresses & low-height tables to sit & eat in traditional Indian style. The food is cooked from fresh raw materials so it takes 10-20 min more than usual, and the serving staff communicates which menu item will take long time.
