He makes the best omelettes in town. He actually just has a frying pan and loads of eggs in the middle of the street but he said he makes 400 omelettes on an average day, not bad at all!

Unique vendor just outside the main market gate. The masala cheese omelet hit the spot. In a country where you have to be cautious in terms of street food...this was a safe & tasty option. Only 40 rupees.
