I visited this restaurant with my family, one of cousin suggested me this restaurant. Really I like the food, very tasty and service no.1, but need the patient's once you order the food it takes some time.
The actual location of the restaurant is little shady. The lift doesn’t stop on the 1st floor. The decor is middle eastern but not in good condition. We went for lunch recently & were the only diners!!
But the food is mind blowingly authentic esp...More
The restaurant concept is awesome and you find some mouth watering dishes.Arabian Persian Iranian style of food is famous here.Special mention is the "bhatkaly biryani".The pricing is fair and a good place to visit for a changeover.
Having lived in london and tasted some authentic arabian food i get cravings for it and Alibaba cafe is definitely a find. Their shawarma is really amazing as they use fresh made bread. The mixed grill plater with char grilled lamb chops is one of...More
Food was freshly made and excellent taste. As the food is freshly prepared please plan some additional time. Friendly staff who also helps you to make the right choices. Interior would need an update, once this is done we would consider it for rating 5.
I have been visiting this restaurant since the past 7-8 years now. Initially it had forty covers & hence the name "Alibaba" as in Alibaba & the 40 thieves. The ambiance is not spectacular, but it has been designed to given the feeling of being...More

The route upstairs is bit shoddy, lighting is dim and furniture not so cosy, but food as such is quite tasty. We tried out pita bread with hummus and some exotic biriyani made out of vermicilli- both quite savory.
All foodies are on a quest to find that hidden gem no one as heard of, this was it for us. I read a review about this place in a Facebook group and as we were in the area decided to try it for lunch....More
Established in the early 1900s, Frazer Town is one of the most upmarket residential and commercial neighbourhood in the Bangalore Cantonment from the colonial era and is being conserved in places to preserve its low-rise, tree-filled character. A great milieu of unity in diversity is visible on the streets
with the range of beautiful mosques, colonial bungalows, old churches and a few temples. Frazer Town is nothing less than a foodies’ haven, with streets like MM Road and Mosque Road lined with local eateries and Bangalore’s oldest bakeries and restaurants serving Arabic to Chinese cuisine. This is where Bangalore comes when it craves biryanis and kebabs especially during Ramzan. With a wide military base in the vicinity and a distinct British influence in the culture, quieter streets in the area especially around Cox Town and the Freedom Fighter’s Park offer a great environment for long, chirpy walks.
