Old building but great food. The burgers are always fantastic and the staff is great. I love the simplicity of the menu.

"Dive" probably isn't the right word for this place, but it's definitely ooooold. Age doesn't seem to be hurting this place any though, as they're still slinging some of the best cheeseburgers I've ever had. Do yourself a favor if you're ever stuck in Alamogordo, and check them out - and add the green chilis to your burger - you're... More

Hi-D-Ho Drive in looks like your typical hometown restaurant; but gave it a try, as I have heard a lot of good things. It was well worth the stop and plan on going back quite a bit more! I had the signature Tiger Burger, named for the local high school mascot, and got a great, juicy burger that was well... More

Their Green Chili Hamburger is very very good. Onion Rings are very good. Nice place to eat outside under cover and out of the sun. Orders are taken inside and brought to your table or car.

Visiting town for weekend and went because one of highest rated places in town. Was disappointed--burger was ok but not great and fries were not very good at all. Burger was somewhat tasteless. However, the chocolate milkshake was great, so that helped!

We stopped in here for dinner while in town and were not disappointed. Had the Luigi burger and fries with a cherry-lime aid and it was really good drive-in food. Would stop again if in town.

A local recommended this place to us. It's a very rustic looking drive in but you can also sit on their covered patio and enjoy the delicious burgers and milk shakes there. The only draw back is the busy road right in front.

A bit confusing in that they have outdoor seating, but provide car service (like Sonic without the menu boards). Also, you are expected to honk if you want car service. I got the bacon cheeseburger on Texas Toast and it was very tasty as were the onion rings. I was in a bit of a hurry this visit. I plan... More

Wasn't impressed with wait staff, not very friendly. Onion rings are battered, which is not noted on menu. Medium coke is 16 oz. $ 7.86 for 2- 16 oz drinks and large order of onion rings. Kinda pricey in my opinion. I gave the two stars for the coke tasting great and I know they have s great old fashioned... More

Been here twice and I can honestly say the burgers are good but the fries are not great at all. The customer service is always pretty good as well.
