This place is a bit hard to find but if you follow the signs you will get there. Very nice location right on the foreshore of the marina with a great view of some of the million dollar boats. Food was very good = the prawns with curry sauce were particularly good. Service was very good and the wait staff... More

yes, you can get red tuma as sashimi, tartare, tahitian style, but that is what you can get everywhere. Nothing really tasty or original

We went here for dinner on a Friday night and it was really neat. The restaurant is really big and they had live entertainment. They had a pretty good menu to choose from. We decided to split a pizza and it was good. It was better than the pizza we ate in Bora Bora.

We would've loved to try this place but for they close in the afternoons! Their website fails to list this. The cabbie that suggested this place failed to mention this. The cabbie that took us there also failed to mention this. We ended up paying 2000xpf each way from Le Meridien to end up eating at McDonald's take out.

My wife and I stopped in on an extended layover while heading home from our honeymoon. It was a short cab ride from the airport. The service was a bit slow, but that was in our favor as we wanted to kill time. We had a pizza and some fish and chips. Both were excellent and inexpensive. (Relatively speaking. This... More

Our niece lived in Papeete for several months and was introduced to the Pink Coconut by the locals. I understand why it is popular with locals as well as tourists. The ambiance is very quiet early on, and then gets livelier as the night progresses. We arrived during Happy Hour and stayed for an early dinner. The Poisson Cru was... More

Situated in the heart of Tahiti's Marina area with great views this place is definitely for the young at heart. It's large and airy with plenty of energy and local live music to dance to. The food was great - a fresh seafood spaghetti and prawns flambéd in Pernod and cream hit the spot. The local beer is excellent (so... More

My husband and I visited the the Marina Taina de Punaauia on a dreary afternoon on our honeymoon and found the Pink Coconut after walking around for a bit. We decided to stop in and the place was dead when we got there, so we chose a table right by the water and ordered some drinks since it was too... More
