Superb Service

Visited Granada this afternoon for lunch to meet up with a friend. Wonderful sea view and very relaxing. The service was excellent with extremely attentive staff, particularly Youssef our waiter. We had a light lunch which was very pleasant and shared a bottle of wine, both of which were reasonably priced. I will definitely return.

Good food, breathtaking view, and wonderful staff

If you like to have a romantic setting, good food, amazing breathtaking view, and friendly staff then you should visit Granada. I have been a regular customer in Granada for 6 months now and I love it, even if it’s a little bit expensive it’s worth it in my opinion, and the staff there always makes special orders for me because I’m vegetarian, and they always find a way to make good delicious food for me to fit my needs. I also have to mention my favorite person there, Mr. Barracuda, he is one of the friendliest and professional people in Granada, even though everyone is good there I like him the most. Give Granada a try, you will not regret it, take your partner there for a romantic evening with the breathtaking view of the red sea and the friendly staff to make sure you have an amazing time.

a cozy atmosphere and great location. it is nice during the day when you want to enjoy a wonderful view of the sea or of hurghada, but it is also very nice in the evening with all the lighting around the restaurant. the food tastes very delicious and has earned 5 stars. but the best was the service from the stuff named omar fahim, he was very attentive and we felt very comfortable with him. I can only recommend this restaurant if you are in hurghada and value good service, good food and quality and can enjoy a beautiful view ☺️👏🏼

I had an English breakfast today, have not had one in almost 18 months. I was looking forward to it but was bitterly disappointed. Obviously you are not going to get bacon ( even though it's on the menu ) in an Arabic country. Slices of thinly cooked beef arrived. An omelette instead of fried eggs. No grilled tomato but a sliced tomato with melted cheese on top. Sliced cucumber, some nicely toasted bread, awful cheese, French fries, two dead leaves of some kind and very cheap inedible margarine! The coffee and mango juice saved the day. The staff were courteous and professional. The view is why people visit this tourist trap even though as I write it's only a quarter full. It's overpriced for what you get and ubiquitous flies pester and annoy you. Maybe other menu choices are better? Maybe I should be a vegetarian? Will not return.

Extremely nice Time

We love to come here to relax and enjoy excellent food for no money (by european standards) Ahmed the waiter and Badr the Shishaman will make sure you feel very welcome and completely satisfied. I reccomend to visit when you are in Hurghada. Best shishalounge in town with a Billion dollar view of the beautiful red sea.

Beautiful Views and Beautiful Food

Wonderful experience with attentive wait staff and delicious food in a varied menu. Baracoda made us feel very welcome and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing lunch date. Not inexpensive but well worth the price for the service and food.

Very Rude manager !!good view

The view of the place good but the manager is very rude and the least word said that he is impolite before saying hello to me and my family he asked us whether we would eat or just drink something!! As we wouldn’t eat we should pay minimum charge of 200 l.e per person ..i told him we dont want to eat something we just want to drink something and you shouldn”t till us with that aggressive rude way without even saying hello to us !! I was here the day before and noone asked me you should eat or you would pay minimum charge with that rude behavior !! The food wasnt good the day before ..the molten cake wasnt fresh..the guava juice wasnt that cold..the fried banana was horrible!! The turkish coffe wasnt very good But the view was so good

Wonderful! Beautiful place and great food.

Wonderful! Excellent food, excellent service and beautiful atmosphere. We sat out on the terrace, and while we couldn’t see much of the sea (because it was dark), it was delightful. We shared the Caprese Salad and the garlic mozzarella bread for starters, then I had the filet Roquefort steak and my husband had the rosemary chicken. They were delicious. The vegetables were perfectly cooked and very flavorful, and the french fries were also very good. We had the chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream for dessert, which was a perfect way to end a delicious meal. We would definitely eat here again!

This restaurant I can say is the best in Hurghada starting with an exquisite customer service, delicious food, and very exceptional geographic location. It is a must visit spot for me and my friends and highly recommend all to do as well. Thank you Grenada Team for an elegant dinning experience :)

Good relaxing afternoon

When you are looking for somewhere to go out for a meal, location plays a huge part in the decision making process (most of the time). On this occasion our choice in Hurghada was to go to Granada. Our friends were over from the UK on holiday and we were sure that they would appreciate the stunning view from the terrace. This restaurant is located on Old Sheraton Street on a hill with uninterrupted views over the Red Sea. You couldn't pick a nicer place for the view in my opinion. There is an enclosed air-conditioned dining area, but why would you want to sit in there when you could choose the terrace with comfortable sofas? OK, the tables are quite low to be eating at, but when you get to enjoy your meal with these stunning views you can't complain. It's not my first time to eat here. In the past I've not really been impressed with the food especially at the price you pay as its not cheap here. They also sell imported alcohol, so a real Tia Maria and Coke went down really well, I considered it a treat. Since our last visit the menu has been changed. There is still a massive selection but it's more up to date. We thought the food was good and the portion was more than enough. There was just one thing that we couldn't unders6, although the food was good, it was all sweet. The chicken and beef Fajita had a sweet after taste to it and so did the Chicken & Veal Schnitzel. I think the chef maybe should taste what is being served. It wasn't bad but it had an interesting taste that was not really our cup of tea. Another interesting choice was the sides for the Schnitzel. They were served with tomato Spaghetti (the tomato sauce was sweet) and a baked potato. We asked if we could change the Spaghetti and Baked potato to French fries and vegetables, but we were told we couldn't which was a shame, especially for the price paid. Carbs on top of carbs makes it a very difficult and heavy meal to eat. The Shrimp spring rolls were lovely. We did enjoy our meal here, and we will be back. Its a lovely place to meet friends and unwind.

Bland food and watered down drinks

My husband and I visited this restaurant based on the positive reviews. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The rosemary chicken, cordon bleu, and mashed potatoes had zero flavor. No exaggeration, not a single spice to include salt and pepper was used. I had one bite of the rosemary chicken and sent it back saying I did not like it. The waiter replies he would take it away for me but then charged me for it. I ordered a long Island iced tea and was given a coke. When I questioned the drink they said their was 1 1/2 ounce amount of alcohol in a pilsner size glass. I told them a true long Island has at least 3 oz of alcohol in it and they are charging 250le for 1 1/2 oz. Complete rip off!

Amazing location

I love the view from here. Came here twice in a week. Once for breakfast, got the mushroom omelet which was nice and fluffy. Perfectly cooked and NOT rubbery as some places tend to prep omelets. The bread was perfectly toasted and yummy. Had a little incident with the croissant but I sent it back and didn't pay for it so that’s great. The second time around I went for lunch and got the shish tawook which was AMAZING!! Great flavor and juicy, i'm thankful they didn't overcook it. The grilled veggies were a nice touch, perfectly seasoned and so were the fries. I was working at the restaurant and it's prepared with plugs so very suitable for remote work and staff are very friendly and helpful. Did I mention the amazing views? Highly recommend Granada

It has been over a year since my last visit following poor service etc. So today I ordered strawberry and mint juice and water for lunch I ordered fish with lemon sauce, mash and vegetables. The juice came and was lovely followed by my lunch but it had chips (3) so sent it back. Reminded them I was still waiting for the water. While I was waiting I asked to speak to a manager and explained about the no mash and that there was no lemon sauce either and I was still waiting for my water. When it came again all looked fine (and I got my water), however, the fish was rubbery on the outside and overcooked inside but edible. The vegetables were mainly nicely cooked except for the cauliflower and broccoli which were barely cooked. I should say I like my vegetables crunchy but not near raw. They had left the three chips on the plate but when I tried them they had a taste of curry which was not to my liking so I left them. The view from here is amazing shame they food and service don’t match.

Best in Hurghada

I stayed in an inclusive Steigenberger AlDu but I still made the trip to this place based on recommendations from others. Best ever... Best in Hurghada. I had the pizza with Anchovies and it was heavenly The beer was super super old and still served in a chilled glass. Ahmed is a world class bartender and host. I put his pictures because he did everything he can to make my short visit memorable. Immaculate atmosphere with a sea view above nice music. I will be back there
