Food was good. I ordered a salmon and the taste was good but the taste wasn’t spectacular or anything out of this world like the other reviews tell you. Service is good too and they’re nice and fast. My friends were happy too with their...plates in general. The bread isn’t good.More

This is a wonderful restaurant and well worth the trip off the beaten path. The atmosphere is very quaint and tasteful, the service is super attentive, and, in these days of Covid, the staff is very conscientious in disinfecting everything. We had the pork ribs...with a tamarind reduction and the mushroom risotto. Both were prepared perfectly and very yummy. The presentation of the meal is also top-notch. We counted nine different ingredients in the dinner salad, which was also excellent. For dessert, we had the homemade tiramisu, perfecto! The extensive menu has many other options and I trust the chef does a great job with everything. To top off the evening, instead of calling us a cab, one of the staff very generously gave us a drive home. How cool is that!?More

We ate here twice on consecutive Saturday nights because the food was very good and they have an outdoor patio for eating. The first time we had a young lady wait on us and she was super nice and sweet. The next time we had...a big guy who wasn’t very friendly and kind of gave us attitude. But the food was very good!More

Essentially a good quality food, expansive menu, and attentive service. An established player in Manta's gourmet(ish) food scene. many expatriates make this their meeting place once or twice per week.

We were in Manta, and off our cruise ship. I read TA review, took a taxi from the port, 10 minutes and had a delightful lunch.,octopus salad and then Fruit de la Mare as our main dish. Very Happy.

We visited this restaurant and it was basic spaghetti and meatballs out of the box ordinary as hell food. It has become a very popular place with local expats and I think they tend to be familiar with the food, but it is boring and...lacks any sort of expectation from a quality restaurant.More

Two friends and I enjoyed a special (70) birthday dinner on a Saturday night. We ordered a bottle of red wine (Malbec). We had appetizers — giant shrimp in the shell and a ceviche-like octopus dish. My friends loved their tuna steak and cordon bleu...beef dinners. The generous portion of filet mignon melted in my mouth. We topped dinner off with dessert: tiramisu, and tres lèche cake.More

This restaurant is fantastic for seafood and even tapas as well. We made a reservation for a pretty large group and they served us without issue or complaint. They were very attentive to every need we had. The place is very cool where you feel...like you're at a small hacienda. The food was, for lack of a better word, amazing. They had a really nice selection ranging from steak to black rice. The meat was good, but they covered in a gravy that seemed needless. It wasn't bad just not my style when I eat meat. The seafood, on the other hand, was exactly what you would expect from a seaside town. The octopus and risotto was to die for as was the shrimp and rice. It is just a bit out of the way so I recommend taking a taxi to get there because there is only street parking and easy to drive past.More
