This is one of the best restaurants on the kiosk street. $5 for a juice, soup and main meal (meat/fish, rice, salad, beans) which was very tasty. They also barbecue whole fish which were very popular.

One the many " kiosk " restaurants when the street closes to vehicular traffic after 6pm. Whole fish on the BBQ seems to be the favorite here and now I know why. Served up with the usual bowl of rice, a little bit of salad and some plantain chips. I could eat that 4-5 times a week it was that... More

We experienced Day Menu at US$5 (soup, rice , fish and salad + juice) it was fine. But at night you choose a whole fish that is the catch of the day to be barbecued.Delicious,Best option.Price depends on the size of the fish Perfect deal with a Ecuadorean beer Pilsener

Really honest tasty authentic food! Customer service is also very good. Seafood is really fresh and full of flavour. Reasonable prices and big portions.

When food is more important than atmosphere leave the tourist restaurants on Charles Darwin Street and visit calle de los Kioskos for genuine cultural food and experience. Indeed the heart of the communities dining. The daily fixed menus " almuerzos and meriendas " are best for quality and value. Should you wish to special order it will take time and... More

Who wants burgers, BBQ, and pizza while in Ecuador with tourist prices? ?? Not me! So far the past 2 nights we have eaten at this Asia/Ecuadorian place and have not been disappointed. This street has nothing fancy to offer but locals with real Ecuadorian food. Tonight I had the special chicken soup with orange chicken, rice and salad for... More

It was a surprised to find this place, I described it to my friends as Galapagos' food court. Great food, big portion and all fresh. From the numerous restaurants we chose Sol y Mar, mostly because they have a great guy calling you out with a "Yo te ayudo mi amigo- I help you my friend"..he really helped us, as... More

We wait a little bit but was worthy... We got the chance to choose our fish and it was delicious... Only 02 types of fish... A 20 dollar fish is enough for two.... The 4 dollar merienda is also good.

I was totally amazed when I bumped into this cluster of outdoor restaurants / kiosks. The name is Calle de Los Kioskos (street of the food kiosks). Corner of Baltra and Binford. The variety is amazing and the food is prepared right there, 10-15 min max. It looks like the area greatly improved and now every restaurant has a large... More
