Set back off the Main Street this restaurant is superb value for money. The lobster was absolutely delicious, and far cheaper than the ocean front. Cocktails lovely and popcorn was served alongside. Definitely worth a visit.

Plates very abundant and exquisite flavour. Very tasty fried shrimps. We didn't had much hunger, hence we splitted one plate in two and was more than enough. Owner very caring and funny.
This restaurant serves delicious main dishes on cast iron skillets. My grilled fish was twice the size of any other fish dish I've been served during three weeks in Ecuador (including one week so far in The Galapagos Islands) and it's flavor was the best....My wife had the best rice dish she's tasted in years. It was so large that we shared the leftovers for lunch the next day. The margaritas tied for the best we've had in Puerto Ayora and Puerto Baquerizo Moreno.More
So many great things to say! When you sit down they promptly get you a bowl of popcorn with a hot sauce for dipping (great if you come famished!). It's like a museum and there is more than enough to study and view! The food...was delicious. We went twice that week (the only restaurant we wanted to go back to) and I had the garlic shrimp both times - with a salad and fab plantains. Support the local economy - enjoy a meal here!More
We enjoyed the actual restaurant. There are a lot of bizarre and interesting items to see while you dine. We thought the food, however, was just average. Large portions, but one of the higher priced meals we had while in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno. $16 for...a chicken breast & fries, $17 for shrimp and rice. Also, they charged me $1 for the take away box-I've never had that happen before. All in all, there are much better meals elsewhere.More
Guess we expected much better for the price. It's an interesting place, but the food was just average.
We had lunch at this quaint restaurant; lovely environment, great food, and a very pleasant and helpful owner. We ordered 3 meals for 4 people and were very satisfied. The fish and shrimp plates were extremely good, and the chicken one was also nice. The...staff went out of their way to make us happy.More
We Stopped here for a bite on our first day in San Cristobal. I am a vegetarian and when I wasn't sure of already provided a few vegetarian options on the menu, they offered to make my vegetable fried rice with a side of eggs....I was very pleased. The dish was great, huge portion size and very tasty. My husband ordered grilled fish and that too was quite decent. The service was great, friendly people.More
The title says it all really! We walked past and the decor drew us in but the food wasn't excellent by any stretch of the imagination.
Fancy food this isn't, but it's a popular place serving big helpings of the whole range of Ecuadorian food - seafood, meat and vegetarian. Service is quick and efficient, the decor (across two packed floors with a view from above into the courtyard below) is...quirky, brash, and flings together objets from every possible area, era and culture and provides conversational material for ages, and the food is fresh, plentiful and pretty good value. Subtlety isn't the name of the game, but you won't leave hungry and for sure you won't be eating there alone!More
We had the worst and most expensive empanadas we have had in our 6 weeks travelling in South America...
Lovely and charming place, like a garden and a museum at the same time. Great seafood option at San Cristóbal Island, the accept only cash. Excellent.
One of the best places to eat in San Cristobal. W were lucky that it was lobster season and one could get a delicious meal for bargain prices. The ceviche and the plantain were also excellent. And you can't beat free pop corn!
This is a good restaurant for lunch or dinner, sea food specialized. The scenary is natural, plenty of vegetation and nice wooden tables and chairs. Price of food and beverages is above other similar restaurants and they accept cash ONLY, not credit cards.
Really bad food for an expensive price. If you overcooked fish... This is your place. Don't go there...
