this is THE place if u want to eat some really good food. I’ve been in kings caffe countless times and not once was I disappointed! Every time i go i try a different thing and they really mastered it. Even coctails are well made. 🤩

REALLY GOOD!!! Everything was amazing even the waiters were so kind and respectful. The service was a 10 and the food too. Am in croatio since 1 july and this place is top 1.

Place for relax

This is urban relax place.. In the center of city of Rijeka. Pub is awesome.. They have some special kinds of beer, and I must tell You that they are goooood.. Snacks/bytes, are nice and delicious...

Very dry burger and fries without salt and dipping

Burger was tasty but very dry. You can't buy a burger without fries (it pumps up the price ofc) and you don't get a dipping with it, only the few most expensive burgers go with fries and a dipping. So both the burger and the fries were dry and the fries weren't salted at all. You can eat better burgers for half price at the local McDonalds. I was disappointed and expected a lot more. Still, the meat was tasty and there was enough of it, but the worst you can do to a burger is make it dry.

Good sandwiches

I'd thoroughly recommend their sandwiches. Very filling and they come with nice wedges. Their orange juice is fresh too and they have a good range of beers

Popular place with a limited menu, but price quality is good, (best French fries of Rijeka) location is great and service incredibly fast. Only comment, the cheesecake is to heavy.

Great Food at a Great Price

We visited Rejeka as one of our stops for our cruise. Went up to the castle first and then back down to the centre where we looked for something to eat (found a recommendation on here funnily enough). This place is AMAZING!! We both ordered the Karaburger (would have been rude not to) which was the most delicious thing I have eaten on our trip so far! The service was great considering there were only 3 guys working the bar/serving a busy outdoor area and inside pub. So if you visit Rejeka, make this your go to place for food and a drink!

Really impressive , tasty food !!

After arriving in Rijeka on Sunday we were rather dissapointed with the city as there didn’t seem to be much to do and nothing was really open, we couldn’t even find anywhere to have a nice meal. So after looking through this app we decided to go to kings caffe for our evening meal and were throughly impressed. Next door to the food part is a pub (the same name) for just drinks which shares a joint sitting area outside which was busy, reflecting the popularity of the place. We sat inside and it is nicely decorated and furnished with comfy seats as well as bar stools, it had a lovely welcoming atmosphere and a sort of typical Irish pub vibe. We found the alcoholic drinks cheaper here than anywhere else in the area (cider and beer for about 18kuna each) and the variety of drinks on offer was impressive. The selection of food on the menu isn’t massive but the quality was excellent. We ordered the crispy chicken burger (added cheese) and the gyros burrito wrap - both good portions and one side of fries was enough to share between two. All of the food tasted excellent !! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a tasty meal in a great atmosphere. Prices were really reasonable - 200 kunas for 5 alcoholic drinks and 2 meals! Staff were all friendly and attentive , and all working really hard as the place was so busy.

Had the pleasure of drinking very good Croatian beer here twice! Great service! English was no problem! Cheap and cozy. The food looked awesome as well!!

We tried to order our food and the male server was accomadating ..good thing the server can speak english and manage to understand what we wanted . I like my fat cheese burger to be more cooked and they done it just the way i wanted it. PERFECT

It is a great pity that the food quality is not as used to be

We ordered a Kubano sandwich that was good as usual. However, potatos that come with it was total disaster. It was all raw and had taste like frostbitten.We told the waiter about it and after he return from the kitchen, he told us that chef does not accept criticsm and that potatos are surely well cooked...it is a shame that you don't acxept constructive criticism because the potatos was not edible at all. In the end it is not quite fair that we paid for something that was not of the utmost quality.

The pub is nice. They have good choice of beer...food is ok, a bit oily but ok. Prices are too high. Ordinary club sandwich costs about 50 kn. That is really expencive. You can eat high quality lunch in a restaurant for 50 kn. You will probably drink something also...thats at least 20 more kuna. To expencive
