I spent a frosty day on the ocean and got off the boat in nearby Sea Isle City. Felt like having some hearty pizza and did a quick Trip Advisor search on Pizzerias in Atlantic City. Decided to order in advance and do a quick stop for takeout on my way up the parkway.
I ordered a pie with sausage, mushroom and pepperoni and it was steaming and ready when I swung by to pick it up 20 minutes later. For a 12” pie, it was very generously made, with abundant cheese and toppings. The sauce was very tasty and the crust had a superb crispness to it. I loved the crumbled sausage and the overall taste was excellent. Price was very reasonable ( ~$17 ish) and the receptionist/cashier was extremely pleasant and gracious. I plan to make this a regular stop when in the area or passing through. Thank you for an excellent experience!

we were recommended this and boy were we happy. The restaurant is old school Italian style and the food is sooooo good. We has pasta and meatballs and eggplant both tasted like grandma made them. The waitress izzy was a true professional fast friendly and really knew how to take care of her customers. The best part was the price it was about 1/3 of what the casino restaurants charge.

I’ve used this restaurant as my pizza delivery for a few years now, and I’ve always been floored by the food quality (caveat: I only ever order onion rings and the TBG special, which is a mushroom and sausage combo, so I’m sure they have other food, but they are my late night comfort food haven. Comfort food is decision free…)
This year, my friend and I bopped into real places not attached to casinos to get something more authentic, so I picked Tony’s as my indoor choice, not delivery this time. I have really good luck with these things. The music was upbeat, a mix of pop, rock, and Christmas. The joint was decked out really nicely. It’s surprisingly large. We entered through the bar, but the restaurant dining room adjacent hosted a large Feast of 7 Fishes gathering, as well as a host of single tables, and everything came to us in perfect time, hot and delicious. My comfort foods were solved. They also have birch beer on fountain. It’s nostalgic and fun. It joined my cocktail to keep everything glowing.
The red and black floor; the warm wood walls; the warm staff - absolutely everyone was friendly! These folks are my pizza place for their food, their delivery got me there, but now I’m going to have to put on pants. Their joint is fun and has really positive energy.
Shopping local should always be this rewarding. Merry Christmas!!!

Have been wanting to get back here for years but not sure I’m happy I finally did. Was looking forward to some great basic red gravy Italian but was very disappointed. First we ordered carry out and arrived at the time the app told us our food would be ready, which was about an hour from when I placed the order.. When I arrived they were very confused about the order and my guess is the app had issues. I ended up waiting about another half an hour by the take out window until the prepared the food. I might understand if the place was slammed but there was hardly anyone there. When I got home they forgot one of the items I ordered and the eggplant was literally inedible because it was so tough. The pasta was good and the meatballs and gravy were very good but the amount of gravy the pasta was in my opinion pretty light it didn’t even cover all the pasta. Not sure I’d go back but if I did I’d stick to the pizza or spaghetti and meat balls and thats it. The ambiance is great ( not fancy at all) in that it is a throw back to old AC and I will say the staff was pleasant

Went to get away from the boardwalk people and prices. Food was done ten minutes later then stated. Chicken wings were small and not full sauced. Pizza was on the small size, smaller then a little ceasers pizza. The pizza was not properly cooked, toppings just slid off when you tried to pick a slice up. The salad was the only good thing we got. The price was kind of high for what we got. Would not go back even though it was close to our hotel.

The BEST pizza in town - hands down! And I am originally a New Yorker - very picky about my pizza. A great afternoon stop for a glass of wine (very reasonable price) and share a small pizza. I was worried they would change the recipe too much with new ownership, but it is wonderful!

We just left, and we couldn’t be happier (or more full!). We are staying at the Tropicana, and wanted to get out of the casino environment for a bit. We found Tony’s just a short block away. First impression: that “retro” vibe new places spend fortunes trying to replicate can’t touch this true original. Clean as a whistle with a juke box in every booth, it has a very warm ambiance.
Next, the staff. Our server was Karen. She made us feel right at him from the moment we entered. She kept our drinks filled and checked on us several times. You can tell she is proud of Tony’s and told us a brief history when we asked (Tony’s is almost 100 years old!) Mike the kitchen manager introduced himself and also checked on us.
Finally, the FOOD! We split an order of onion rings as an app, which was hot, crispy, and good. My wife ordered the ravioli, and I ordered the half spaghetti/half ravioli. The food was excellent, and the orders were HUGE! We couldn’t believe how reasonable the prices were.
Let me add that we saw amazing pizzas leave the kitchen. We’re going back tomorrow for a pizza. We recommend this place highly.

Right in downtown Atlantic City, bums stumbling around, and agressive drivers threatening you. There's on site parking (complete with a creepy guy smoking in a sedan like he was waiting to wack someone). Service was top notch, food, not so much. Mozzarella sticks and fried mushrooms were nothing increadable. Pizza was a medium size, not much crust and overly greasy (was better cold the next day). Been dying for a pizza fix for weeks, and they let me down.

Old fashioned great food and superb service! We had great food at a reasonable price point - what made our visit outstanding was the personal service provided by Diane our waitress and Warren our busboy. Both are friendly, helpful and all around nice people who made our dining experience extraordinary! We'll be back at Tony's for sure when we're in the area again.
BTW, I had chicken Parm and my wife had ravioli and meatballs - both were great. The best part of the meal was the casar salad - very fresh and crisp!

This is a great late night place. I love the pizza. If the staff is reading, I wish the pizza was a little more crispy or there was an option to ask for it being more crispy or charred. Mozzarella sticks were not that great though. Every time I’m in AC , I stop by.

OMG I have been going to Tony's Baltimore Grill in Atlantic City my entire life and until yesterday the food has always been Awesome!!
The ravioli's and sauce have been a family favorite of ours along with the meatballs. Traditionally the sauce has been thick and delicious especially for dipping the bread the ravioli's hearty and tasty and the meatballs always have been tasting great. I was alone so I did not try the pizza yesterday but that used to be amazing as well I hope they did not screw that up as well!!
At the end of every summer we would go to Tony's get 3 containers of the ravioli's and delicious sauce to take home and freeze to enjoy during the winter months!
Yesterday 06/04/24 I was in town and looking forward to going there but not the same. Apparently there are new owners and they are ruining it!! The ravioli's were pasty and taste awful, the sauce was thin and there was very little of it and the meatballs very thin and taste like crap!!
Thank GOD I have over 50 years of great memories of how their food used to be and taste. Why would anyone buy a restaurant in this case an Atlantic City Landmark and change the recipes. Tony would be ashamed of what has become of his name sake restaurant and it's classic popular favorites!!!
Someone call 911 and save Tony's before it is too late and their reputation is tarnished forever!!!!!
A message to the new owners don't chance the classics add ne things if you would like but please restore what you have undone before you go out of business!!!!!

My wife and I ate here before the Atlantic City Marathon because we wanted some pasta. I had spaghetti and meatballs and my wife had spaghetti with sausage. We also ordered a bottle of wine. Our nice waitress brought us our bottle of wine and then like two minutes later she brought out our food including some nice bread. The service was so quick that we didn't even finish our first glass of wine yet!
We loved it here with the old school, no frills vibe. The music playing in the background also added to the wonderful ambiance. The waitress was super nice and friendly. You just don't have many places like this left anymore. You cannot beat the prices of the food here either.
Next time I come back, I want to try the pizza which looked delicious.

My favorite bar in Atlantic City!I’ve been visiting this place for over 30 years a lot has changed but the food is always been good. They’ve come along way from all excepting cash to high technology payment methods. It still has that local flavor and the fried shrimp platters are still the best!

Ordered regular pizza as usual. Disappointed with result. Too much pizza sauce with taste more like Ragu spaghetti sauce. Cheese was not up to par either. Service was fine and antipasto was fine.
