Stopped her for an inagural visit with my son for his Birthday Luncheon while we were exploring the outlets. It was a fun meal and we loved the atmosphere. The food was good, we tried duck (first time for everyone there) and did not care for it but everything else yummy. The staff was very attentive and brought a complimentary... More

Service was very attentive. Our Sever, Jose, was very sweet and sincere and made some great suggestions that helped us to order without wasting any food. His suggestions were perfect. He even took the time to write down all of the recommended cooking times for each of our items, in each of the cooking pots we chose. He was really... More

The server was fantastic, explaining the process and choices and prices. The food was excellent and I loved the feeling of making it ourselves, just not the preparation process that's all done for you. The drinks were strong and tasty just what we needed after shopping at the tangier outlet. Overall highly recommended!!

Wanted to have dinner after walked around and decided to go in. Very friendly. Do not get discourge if it seems dark or not too busy. There is a lot of space and booths and private rooms so you do not realize who is there. Our server excellebt and explained the 4 course fondue: cheese, salad, sea and turf finally... More

The Melting Pot has really good food. The portion size may seem small but it's actually very filling. I went during restaurant week and another time during girls night out. I ordered the spicy cheese fondue and the smores chocolate fondue. They were both amazing! I would definitely go again during restaurant week or girls night out again. We were... More

Living within 50 miles of AC has allowed me to visit the Melting Pot several times throughout the years. Dining in booths are quite and relaxed. Eating in the open area on Mothers day was a great way for the family to enjoy a past time treat.

Going to the Melting Pot is a true experience. Especially if you go with the love of your life. You can get a private room which is so romantic. The selection of the food is wonderful and to try the different sauces is really fantastic. The best is the chocolate fondue oh it is to die for.

Very neat experience and well done. The menu seems a little confusing first but after a thorough explanation of all the options we managed to have a really neat dinner experience with the whole family. I recommend a whole set menu - You can start off with a cheese fondue first, followed by a small salad and then the main... More
