First, our server, Jose, really helped make this a good experience. This was our first time eating at melting pot and he very patiently explained the whole thing to us. He was great, really on top of everything from drink refills to food! And we were a bit slow deciding on everything!! We got 2 cheese fondues for our first... More

We had a wonderful experience here! Tables are set up so you have privacy, and comfort. The cheese fondues are amazing and fun! Certainly don't leave without trying one of the chocolate offerings as well!

Nice place to eat, it's fun and friendly, there are lots of different things to choose from but all in the fondue dipping theme.

We had a big group and they struggled to provide good service. Good food and drink. Be patient. Worth the wait.

My husband was a skeptic about coming here. Stabbing at his food with skewers was not his idea of a meal. However, as we were seated in the VIP private nooks, and greeted so warmly by Monica the hostess/manager, and then our effervescent server Jonah - the tides changed and he got into it. We went with the 4 course... More

Stopped her for an inagural visit with my son for his Birthday Luncheon while we were exploring the outlets. It was a fun meal and we loved the atmosphere. The food was good, we tried duck (first time for everyone there) and did not care for it but everything else yummy. The staff was very attentive and brought a complimentary... More

Service was very attentive. Our Sever, Jose, was very sweet and sincere and made some great suggestions that helped us to order without wasting any food. His suggestions were perfect. He even took the time to write down all of the recommended cooking times for each of our items, in each of the cooking pots we chose. He was really... More

The server was fantastic, explaining the process and choices and prices. The food was excellent and I loved the feeling of making it ourselves, just not the preparation process that's all done for you. The drinks were strong and tasty just what we needed after shopping at the tangier outlet. Overall highly recommended!!
