We had a hard time finding this place behind the Hotel Santa Clara, but are glad we kept looking. The place is uniquely decorated with antiques and bottle caps. The food was delicious, and the beer was perfect.

Atmosphere and setting and furnishings very different and very Argentinean. I had the beef gizzards yes I know sounds strange but the way they were cooked with the spices and citrus flavours were so tender and so flavoursome. Bit of a problem with attitude of...a member of staff who was a bit clumsy and slightly arrogant after knocking a drink over whilst serving which just missed one of our party but don't let that put u off. We had a lovely meal one of the high spots of our holiday in Cartagena.More

The antique items outside attracted our attention, we thought it was a store. To our surprise, Marzola is a great restaurant. The signs and decorations inside make a great atmosphere and spark interesting discussions. The food was great: we enjoyed the pollo con limon and...the vegetarian grill, both large portions, salads included too. Service was good too. Looking for a good meal in a fun spot, Marzola is your place. Enjoy.More

Good beef, nice decoration, but othter dishes, like provoleta cheese, chorizo (sausage) and even the fries are just ok.

So delicious, we ordered the grilled onions aside of our meal and those were the best ever! Very funky ambiance! We loved it!

We ate dinner at Marzola's tonight. Very cool atmosphere, vintage collectibles. The ribs , red peppers and bread were excellent. The portions were small ( I'm from America so we are used to large portions). Our waitress didn't seem to be very interested in interacting,...but was efficient. Very cool spot.More

What a wonderful little "steak, beer and wine" oasis in old down-town Cartegena! Owner-managed by a man who personally supervised and affixed the 1.2million bottle caps himself in decorating the walls of this restaurant. The food is very good, although a little more expensive than...we had got used to in Colombia. However, superb, voluminous steaks, cooked to perfection as far as we were concerned (again, bear in mind a "medium-rare" steak in Colombia means almost still living so they won't appeal to everyone). There were nice accompaniments and fascinating surroundings with walls covered in old ephemera from Argentina. There is so much to look at, from pictures of Pope Francis to signed national football shirts and a folk singer's signed guitar (sorry, forgot his name, but he was a major Argentinian star!). You will get a magnificent oil dip for your bread - we did an Oliver Twist and asked for more - so delicious. They have a good selection of wines, but do bear in mind that pro-rata, wines are generally more expensive (everywhere, not just in this restaurant). Beer lovers will be more than happy. As expected in Colombia, coffee was pretty good too. Desserts are certainly the high point. Very moorish. All in all. We'd return when visiting Cartegena again.More

We had a large group for dinner and they set a table for us immediately. We were first attracted to this place because of the colorful, eccentric decor and decided to try it. Food was good but not extraordinary and was pricey. Definitely tourist pricing....We had a variety of dishes with chicken, grilled beef, roasted peppers, potatoes and a vegetarian dish with grilled, seasoned cheese which was fresh and tasty. They had a large variety of wines, domestic and imported beers and cocktails. The only thing lacking was a champagne or sparkling wine. For dessert we tried an ice cream with whiskey sauce, crepes filled with arequipe (dulce de leche) and for the kids some vanilla ice cream. Service was excellent at all times. Located in the colonial area, this restaurant is convenient and definitely cool.More
