Worse experience ever, the menu is not available on line, when you request one they just sent a spam email. when you arrived to the location there is no available parking, also the food is overrated and it is not good, i would give 0...star if i could, this is one restaurant i will not recommend or go again in any of my future visits to cartagena, they are more worried and making look pretty that taste of the actual foodMore

Word has spread and it was necessary to book ahead for this atmospheric restaurant. In fact, the online booking system had a second step we didn't know about so didn't go through, but the staff kindly found a place for us right by the pool....We then enjoyed the ambiance, great food and very friendly service (thank you, Denise!). Highly recommended.More

The atmosphere is great and the seafood was the best I had in Cartagena! Tried the fish with shrimps in the coconut curry sauce 😋

We went during the lunch hour. Service was snappy, food was excellent. The Triplos exoticos was worth the price, but the Langostin Risotto was the table favorite. In addition, we recommend for the Pulpo a la parrilla hot appetizer- ours was prepared to a Michelin...star quality. Toward the end of our week in Cartagena, we decided that this would be our return to restaurant. Just make sure to book a table a few days before hand and enjoy the meal.More

The food was very tasty, especially the dessert (the Peruvian speciality), service was fast and polite, the breeze in the garden and the music made everything just super nice.

Fantastic place; atmosphere, music, service and, of course, the food. I tried the octopus risotto and it was truly incredible, one of the best I've ever had. The portion was BIG so can be shared. Everything was fantastic.

We paid the bill and noticed they charged us for the more expensive type of tequila when I specifically ordered the cheaper option. The bar staff was non-apologetic and argued with me that I had ordered the more expensive option. I'm not someone who complains...but it definitely left a bad taste in our mouths considering how expensive the restaurant is, comparatively. The staff told us it was only a small difference in price but when paying over 1 million COP for a dinner, our intention was not to save a few dollars. It was initially to point out then become about principal of being told I ordered something that I didn't, in the end, we backed down because the staff was defensive and it wasn't worth the unpleasantness. The bar staff didn't write my order down and they were clearly overrun so I would think it's more probable he just took the order wrong than I gave him the wrong order, considering it's the same tequila I always drink, and if he had apologized for a misunderstanding I wouldn't be writing this review. I think it was an honest mistake on their bat and the restaurant has some great food but the service is lacking and the staff needs to work on their customer service. Reservations don't mean much, at least not on the weekend, we waited over half an hour to be sat at the bar and then another 15 minutes for a table- one menu between four people and no service until we called the staff over. I think by now they should know how to handle a full restaurant.More

My husband I enjoyed being waited on. This place is classy without breaking the bank. Food was delicious and they want to know if you are enjoying your food so be honest. One of our favorite places from our week trip.

Although I tried to book an online reservation, this was never possible. We dropped by for lunch and were delighted to find a spot. It was a culinary experience. Not disappointed by the quality or presentation. The ceviche japones, langosta trufada and coconut creamed rice...with fish fulfilled our expectations, not so much the passion fruit pie which had an excellent flavor but was a frozen dessert. Took us by surprise.More

Cuzco has delicious corn kernels in an orange sauce to start. Their sangria is absolutely delicious and they have "summer", "spring", and "winter" varieties of sangria. We got the strawberry and lychee one. We highly recommend the tuna and quinoa starter but were disappointed with...our gallina (rooster) dish which tasted like it was smothered in a yellow mayonnaise sauce. The salmon was okay. Service was excellent though as was the ambiance right around a pool outside.More

I ate at this restaurant on 11/6/21 with two friends. We were sitting in the back area in an open air space. The appetizers were amazing, but unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. Right after we ate our appetizers and put in our...food order, a RAT fell from the ceiling onto our table. We jumped up and ran along with a few other patrons who saw what happened. Others were standing on their chairs. The restaurant acted like nothing happened even though several waitstaff were close by and saw what happened. After being prompted, they attempted to reseat us and we declined. The rat was still running around the restaurant at this time. The restaurant made us PAY for our food and we didn’t receive any apology for what had happened. How disgusting. I know that they had limited control of what happened, but their response was unacceptable. They made it seem like we were Overreacting and then even offered us the remaining food from our table where the rat had fallen. I’ll add that we are black American women. I hate to think our skin color added nonchalant treatment, but that there are race and colorism issues in this country. It’s also very obvious that this is not the first time this happened. This is the worse customer service I’ve received in my life and I’m unable to recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Cartagena.More

tried to go earlier than our 9:15 reservation but they said no. this was for my hubby’s birthday. 9:44 to be exact and we were still standing outside unless we wanted a table in the ‘no reservation’ room under an air conditioner which we said...no! no tables were available yet they’re so strick with the reservation?? foods okay but not the only restaurant in cartegena. we would not recommend this one unless you go at 7 pm for early bird dinner. we left hungry angry and frustrated which is not how you want customers to leave!!More

Nice restaurant. Ambiance is nice, one of the best food options in the historical city center. Actually went there twice for dinner during my trip. I really liked the pulpo appetizer & the Lomo a la macho for entree. My girlfriend really liked the Ceviche...Andino & the Arroz de Langosta entree. Price is about what you should expect in the tourist part of town, but the food quality was way above all but one other restaurant on this trip (10 days).More

Unfortunately Cartagena is the biggest city to scam the tourists . Cusco wasn't the exception. Check the receipt before you pay with credit card unless you want to pay the waiter twice, you might end paying more than USD 10 extra in tips
