My friend and I went to La Perla for dinner and had a delicious meal. We shared an appetizer which was great and then each had an entree. The food was excellent, the service was wonderful, and the environment was warm and welcoming.

This restaurant had been recommended both to me and one of the friends I traveled with. The three of us who dined there agreed it was a disappointment. While the service was good, both the food and ambience were mediocre at best.

No, there is not a dress code. Almost all restaurants in Cartagena do not have a dress code. You can go even wearing shorts or bermuda shorts.
