We had reservations at this restaurant for a bridal party and just before we arrived the transformer blew so there was no power. Despite this, they added candles everywhere (even the bathrooms) for us to see (it was wonderful atmosphere for a wedding anyways), served delicious food and we enjoyed ourselves!

If you've had decent Mediterranean food before, avoid this place. Shawarma was not good, just a lot of tahini sauce and salt. The most ridiculous thing was the size of cocktails, men get more and women get less! This explanation was given by the waiter and the price was the same- see the picture, wtf! I'm not sure they're following... More

Well, when you travel to Colombia you don't expect to find Lebanese food right? Wrong!!! As you learn from the Caribbean Museum, Barranquilla once was the mosr important entry port of good and immigrants to the country. Among those are the Lebanese and Syrians. Shakira anyone? So it makes total sense that there is a big Lebanese community and that... More

Who knew that Arab food is a local staple in Barranquilla? I have been going to this restaurant for over 10 years. Try the Arabe Gourmet dish is has sample of many the menu dishes, generous portions enough to share for two.

I was a regular customer of Arabe Gourmet when I lived in Barranquilla. The food is amazing, the service is great and you get value for money! I highly recommend it! Especially the marmaon and vine leaves.

The place was nice and served good quality Arabic food, the only thin I didn't like was the falafel I'm a big fan of falafel but this one was too cocked. The rest of the food had good taste

This restaurant really worths to be visited. Food was delicious, on time, abundant, and the services complements the hole package. For less than USD$40 we ate smoked eggplant (entry), lamb shawarma, charcoal grilled Kafta, majalabille (desert), and drinks.

This restaurant is always a must go to while in Barranquilla although the main feature here is Arab food and quite good I might add their menu is varied to meet all types of appetites and the service is excellent.

The Mojitos here were amazing! The Plato mixto was also very good. Too bad they close early on Sunday's so we felt as if we were being rushed to get out of the restaurant, the than that no complaints.

The food at this place was fantastic and the service was also nice. We enjoyed the mixed plates a lot. The food arrived fast. The prices were quite reasonable. The only observation we have is that the place lacks atmosphere. There are white walls and a TV on the wall. It's not very inviting to want to stay and socialize... More
