Russian food. Not always authentic but always good. Russian music. Reasonable pricing, good service.

We visited Harbin for several days in January for the Ice Festival and were directed here by a local driver. It was lovely and warm inside, as it was minus 25 deg outside, so we were happy to sit, warm up and order, even though it was expensive by Chinese standards..but not exhorbitant. They had a large selection of wines... More

We went here on the recommendation of some colleagues and we were glad we did. The food was so tasty, the staff were very attentive and we all enjoyed a wonderful meal in this cozy, warm restaurant. Just off the famed pedestrian street, go down the stairs under the TATOC sign. The restaurant was full of people enjoying their meals... More

The food is nothing extraordinary or well executed .,it was mostly plain and ordinary but it's a good alternative if you're tired of local cuisine . We went here for our kids and honestly they enjoyed the food at Pizza Hut better .

I certainly loved dining here back in Aug 2011! Recently went here as well and there menu changed big time! Many of the dishes that I've had were no longer there, instead it was replaced with something more expensive--one skewer is about 42-45 yuan, beef tongue salad about 30 yuan but it's definitely DELICIOUS!! Overall, I've recommend here particularly if... More

My general impression of the restaurant is a good one. The interior and menu give the atmosphere of the early XX ct. Russia without being tacky (the velvet uniforms of the waitresses aside). English and Russian menu available, and there is waitress that speaks both. The service was fast, the waitress helpful; borsch and Kiev chicken ("chicken roll" on the... More

The 'Russian' staff (I'm assuming they were Russian as they didn't speak any English and were not Chinese) were the furthest thing from friendly. The meal was dreadful. Plated, so we had no choice what we got and outrageously prices. The mushroom soup was no more than melted butter in milk with about a dozen bits of chopped mushroom. Multiple... More

We were a party of 4 and ordered our starter which arrived quickly and before we finished eating it, our mains arrived minus the vegetables. We waited a while but as our meal was getting cold we started to eat it and re-ordered the veg.We finished what we had, still minus the vegetables, so we cancelled the veg. Then proceeded... More

We came here with a group of 9 people and were really disappointed. Besides unfriendly staff (which is quite normal in Harbin) the food is really bad. They don't have most of the Russian dishes that are on the menu. The cheese plate is just 5 slices of processed cheese, the chicken was rock-hard (they obviously used frozen meat and... More

I visited the restaurant expecting to have something different for the Russian food. I was pretty disappointed. I ordered a steak. It was served with some vegetables and presentation was flat. My pizza was not that nice. I think pizza hut basically do a better job. My Russian borsch soup was normal. Price wise. I think it's a little expensive.... More
