It is the most lively bar in the Dadonghai area but stands out with just normal cover songs and simple drinks and bites. Maybe the crowd is mixed between local and foreign but it misses some class. Sadly the Heineken on draught we ordered was clearly not Heineken and that puts in doubt if the alcohol is real or not.... More

It's a good bar, waiters really try to help even though not all speak English. Decent burgers and cold beer from the tap. Lot of foreigners.

When we arrived at the restaurant our 10 year old daughter started crying as we had left her bag containing her IPad in a taxi. The manager working noticed my daughter was upset and spent more than an hour tracking the taxi from when it left our hotel until it dropped us off at the restaurant. She was able to... More

An ex-pat Anerican-friend brought us to his local home-away-from and the food was delicious! If you need U.S./American food, this is the place to visit + you can catch a sports event/game on one of the many televisions!

Fun sports bar with good food and friendly staff. They have a live band after 10pm (not sure if daily), drinks were quite pricey.

I love Chinese food but after 2 solid weeks my palate was ready for a change and my Chinese partner had never had American Style food before. So we decided to give the Dolphin a try. Make no mistake this is bar first then a restaurant. When we arrived the live band was playing music at ear splitting volume and... More

What a fun place for westerners and Asians a like to meet. Met many CANADIANs there on western night . What a blast the place was like home. Great band and dancing and the wine poured like beer. Ha ha The staff are super freindly and helpful. See you again Dolphin!

We visited Dolphin Bar 3 times in 5 days! As vegetarians, they had some good options for us. We had the nachos, the grilled vegetable sandwich, 4 cheese pizza, and mexican tostada. I would recommend all of them except the tostada. They have different specials every night for example on Tuesday it was buy one get one free cocktail and... More

Nice place to chat with friends plus the food. Be early or book a table. A crowd filler and food is pleasant and tasty sufficiently for taste bud. You can find laksa and fried rice. A restaurant to haunt and easily accessible. Enjoy for those who loves food.

Dolphin originally was named rainbow many years ago and owned by different people when I lived here from 2007-2009, a full three year stint which began in the beginning of '07 and ended at the end of '09. The food and concept remain the same! This is a good thing as sanya continues to need this type of joint for... More
