Well needless to say Dieter and his wife know German cooking down to the nth detail. I had the smoked pork, fried potatoes, and sauerkraut. Super authentic! Took me right back to 1981 when I as in Bremen Germany as an exchange student. My buddy had red cabbage, fried potatoes, and beef rouladen. We both belonged to the clean plate... More

After eating rice and noodles for a week, we came here looking for something filling and meaty. They 100% delivered! We had between us: - Gypsy Schnitzel - Pork fillets in peppercorn sauce - Cordon Bleu - Pork Knuckle - Thuringerwürst - Bockwürst (smoked sausage) - fries, mash potato, fried potatoes - Salad Everything was superb! But our eyes were... More

Loved the Weiner schnitzel and fried potatoes. Good portion size filled me up. Big open eating area. Cheap drinks. Only negative I can think of was salad had a few to many sliced onions. Otherwise I enjoyed the meal and plan to go back.

I was impressed right from the outset with Haus Bremen. My girlfriend and I have been living in Siem Reap for a little over a year and were looking for some new places to try; a friend recommended Haus Bremen. As soon as we arrived, the owner told us the best place to park our motorbike, and helped us through... More

Great food and a relaxed atmosphere. Since I discovered this place I have eaten over half of my dinners here. 80% of their business comes from local expats because they are a couple of blocks off of Wat Bo road but it's worth the ten minute walk from pub street or a tuk tuk ride for delicious food.

This is an established restaurant in SR. The food is always good and the owner very accommodating. The portions are huge. Fried potatoes awesome, salad awesome, and schnitzel is awesome.

Huge portions for when you crave some home cooking. I cannot visit Siem Reap without a visit to Siem Reap and Haus Bremen. Great Value for money. Last visit, I noticed the place was even more well presented, bright and shiny, well appointed, and looking great! You've done a great job Deiter, thanks for being there for us!

This is a staple go to place to eat whenever I`m in Siem Reap. Both Dieter (& his wife) make you feel like a welcome guest in their home. Food is hearty & plentiful with both imported and local beer avaliable to wash it down. I have eaten here many times over a two year period & have never been... More

I found this place on trip advisor and i was hungry for a german cuisine. First it was hard to find, but once i found it i had a pleasant experience. I had a great meal and i returned a week later with my friend for another try. Both times top food for Cambodia. I will go back again.
