I stopped here for my last meal in Siem Reap before heading off to the airport the following morning. It is situated on the same side of the rive as my hotel and just down the road, literally a five minute walk. The place was...not full by any means and I was offered a table in the corner just opposite a group of French males entertaining a Cambodian and talking about a forthcoming business deal. I ordered the spring rolls and a medium rare steak with a bottle of Angkor beer. This was definitely themes expensive meal I had all holiday and cost about $25 for the lot. The starters were great, but there was just too many of them. In the UK when you order Spring Rolls you will often get served two medium sized ones. At this restaurant I was served eight small ones. I ate half of them but had to leave the rest. The waited looked very surprised and asked of everything was ok. I had to explain that there was just too much and if I ate any more I wouldn't have been able to eat my mains. The steak was a little overcooked because there was hardly any blood, but it tasted lovely with a side of salad and fried and a lovely Bernaise sauce. I was interested in listening to the conversation on the table opposite where these businessmen were tying to get this local businesswoman to try some French cheeses that were on the menu. Was it worth the effort. Well the food was great, like everything else in Cambodia. Although after I left I walked along to Pub Street and found loads of these little local eateries down by the river cooking street food to customers sat on plastic chairs eating from cardboard plates using plastic cutlery. With hindsight I would have preferred the latter, if only for the experience although I am not complaining about the food served here because was first rate.More

After about two weeks in SE Asia I was ready to have some western food. Sorry not sorry but I was about to re-enter my normal habits and I just wanted a nicely done burger. My sister had the lamb shank. Queue the angels singing...it was great. I've mentioned in previous reviews not to bother with mixed drinks in Cambodia so we just had soft drinks and a mocktail and it was quite good. So happy this was our final meal at the end of a really good trip. Try it you'll like it!More

We had 2 fabulous lunches in the Phnom Penh branch so we introduced our friends to this restaurant. We were all suitably impressed and consumed a variety of dishes between us. The chef’s salad was fresh with a tasty dressing, the fish was a standout....We ate at least 10 desserts between us. The mango crepe was yum as was the passionfruit tart. Ring to check the applicable special service hours as the website was not accurate.More

Khema is exquisite. A beautiful French restaurant with authentic French food. The banquettes are as crunchy as those in Paris. Everything, is delicious, and please try the coffee. It’s beautifully decorated for Christmas already. Please visit. We always have had takeout for our excursions, but...please do not let that stop you. Khema is absolutely another 5 star. Close your eyes and your in Paris. The treat is that you are in Siem Reap! You won’t regret it!More

We had dinner here on 2 nights, was so good we had to return. The breads were excellent, as was the pate, tenderloin steak, pork chop and profiteroles. The margaritas are also very good. Fuss free with good service and great food.

Set slightly back from the road and river, spacious and beautifully set out with very attentive staff and great food including bakery sweets! Around $20 each for 2 drinks and 2 courses.

Most all you can eat places are buffets with food sitting around getting stale. Not here. Order off the breakfast menu, get it prepared fresh. And order more. If you’re hungry. Top notch ingredients. Graceful service. Serene atmosphere. Love it.

Nice formal setting... good selection of food. However never go there on one of their event evenings as the service is so slow if you order something from the normal menu. For the price the service is not up to standard... average.

Siem Reap is suffering deeply from travel restrictions related to COVID, its great to see Khema is still surviving and offering great theme nights and its classic breakfast and lunch free flows. Attended the COUS COUS night and it was fantastic. Highly recommended.
