Sala Russey is a latest Cambodian destination restaurant, located on the banks of the ancient man-made lake at Srah Srang, Angkor Thom. It was originally a large traditional wooden house, which has now been converted into a clean, comfortable high class modern air-conditioned and open-air dining facility, which still retains the old world charm and culture. The cuisine is essentially Cambodian with dishes being chosen which are compatible with a wide variety of foreign tastes. All ingredients are locally sourced, cooked and served by local staff, ensuring service with a smile in addition to supporting the Angkor Thom community.
