This is the restaurant that Angkor Zip Line use after you do the Zip Line tour. Was a set menu, the food was very nice indeed. Just what was needed after Zip Lining. 7/10

Most Siem Reap day tours stop here for lunch. They serve a mix of local & Western food with prices on the high side. Their sweet & sour fish is really nice! Morning glory is a tad too much stalks & no leaves!? Curry dishes...are far from spicy but tasty. Otherwise, nice ambience but at touristy prices.More

Sala Russey is one of the better restaurants (if not the best) in the Angkor Wat area. But only if you use professionalism, cleanliness, hygiene, landscaping, location, freshness (of ingredients) etc in your assessment process. However, if you use price as your measure, then we...More

We were on a day trip to Angkor Wat with Siem Reap Shuttle Tours and after visiting Angkor Wat we drove to this resturant by the Lake. A very nice restaurant indeed. The greeting was nice and friendly, service was friendly and efficient and the...food was superb. Nice ice cold beers too. A little on the pricey side for Cambodia but hey it was good and so well worth it. Quite busy which was good in a nice way.As we were a tour group they even managed to keep the bills seperate even though they took the orders all together! Well done. Highly recommended.More

Superb breakfast fare, good service, acceptable price and the venue is excellent too. The restaurant is set by the lake amid verdant gardens. Tidy parking at the front. Very clean restrooms.

We stopped off here for lunch on the first day of our touring. Very impressive restaurant. Seems to be a bit unique at Angkor area. Everywhere else we went the restaurants were either overpriced and touristy or else dirty and dubious. Sala russey was excellent.

Stopped here mid Angkor sunrise tour upon instruction from our temple guide. Good call. It's a traditional old house which has been modernized up to high standards and converted to a restaurant. The four course set breakfast comes in western and local styles. We tried...both. They were excellent. High recommendation.More

Our sunrise tour brought us to this restaurant in the countryside. Very natural environment. Clean restaurant, clean air and quiet. The western breakfast was more than adequate for all but our son. probably one of the better places to eat at Angkor.

We were brought here by our tour operator for our lunch while on the Angkor temple tour. Very pleasant place with well kept garden. The building looks traditional but with major renovation. Very clean. Staff gave good service. And the food was very tasty.

Sala Russey is perhaps the best restaurant at Angkor in terms of environment, service, cuisine and above all hygiene. Our temple tour guide brought us here for breakfast afetr a great sunrise. The restaurant is in well tended gardens and is a renovated and modernised...traditional wooden house. Very beautiful. The 4 course breakfast is wonderful.More
