Had a fantastic night at Philippes place :) we had a degustation menu that included fois gras, duck , sea bass, scallops and an amazing chocolate mousse for dessert. A must do experience when you are in Siem Reap :)
Very good food in a nice garden with friendly service. We had the buratta, fois gras, duck, scallops, mousse and apple pie...everything was amazing! The apple pie a la mode was the best dessert I've had in a long time, really special!
